The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) could have a good reason to join forces soon. Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) has latched onto the idea of taking over Tucker’s vulnerable company – and Victor fully supports his cutthroat daughter.
Of course, Victor has ulterior motives since there’s a division he’d like to acquire for Adam to run.
No matter how many times Victor’s manipulation tactics fail with his children, he’s always got another scheme in the works.
However, Y&R spoilers say Adam will blow up Victor and Kyle Abbott’s (Michael Mealor) alliance.
It’ll leave Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) upset with Kyle and will seemingly shut down Victor’s plan for Adam’s epic failure.
Adam has already been fed up with Victor trying to control his life, so this could be the last straw that sends him down a sinister path, as it has in the past.
Despite Adam’s efforts to rise above his ruthless tendencies, Victor usually brings out the worst in him.
Adam could make some updates to his plans after the sabotage news. Instead of just trying to cut Victor out and avoid him, Adam might actively target his dad for payback.
It’s interesting that Victor’s on the verge of pushing Adam too far right as he’s going after Tucker.
We could end up with two furious schemers who both want Victor to pay.
Whether the takeover is successful or not, Tucker won’t be happy about Victor and Victoria plotting against him.
Y&R fans will recall how Tucker was once ready to “burn it all down,” so he may revisit that notion and recruit Adam as a fellow firestarter.
Tucker and Adam could be powerful allies if they ultimately strike a deal.
If Tucker loses his company, he may vow to make sure Victor does the same – and vengeful Adam could be eager to help him.
Victoria is part of all this as well since she’s Newman Enterprises’ CEO and has been getting under Tucker’s skin.
The Newmans are poking the bear and could get attacked as a result.
Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) also works for Newman Enterprises and happens to be a father option for Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) baby.
Adam would definitely enjoy making Nick suffer, so he might team up with Tucker to retaliate against the other Newmans.
