So, fans are probably going to find out very soon if the baby belongs to Nick and Adam.
Right now, Adam isn’t even aware that Sally is pregnant much less that he could be the father. Sally is enjoying her romance with Nick.
If the baby belongs to Adam, then Sally will have to confess that she’s pregnant to her ex.
Knowing Adam, he will once again become fixated on Sally if he finds out that she’s pregnant.
It will make Sally’s life full of chaos, drama and uncertainty all over again.
Chloe Mitchell’s Secret

So, the secret that Chloe struggles to keep on Tuesday, February 7 might have to do with Sally.
