The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Thursday, March 2 Recap – Victoria Orders Nate to Sabotage Devon’s Deal

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers recap for Thursday, March 2, teases that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will push Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) to leave so she can speak with Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) alone. That’ll lead to Victoria invading Nate’s personal space as she shows him some data.

Nate will think this is a good time to discuss what’s going on between them, so he’ll admit he feels a certain attraction to Victoria that he shouldn’t feel.

After Nate points out that he’s in a good place with Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy), he’ll acknowledge that he’s crossed the line with Victoria twice.

Victoria will point out that she’s unencumbered and free to get involved with whoever she likes, but she’ll get that it’s not the same for Nate.

Whatever happens or doesn’t happen will be up to Nate entirely.

Nate will talk about his intense connection with Victoria and shower her with compliments, but he won’t want to hurt Elena and will insist they can’t kiss again.

Victoria will agree to keep a safe distance, but she’ll hint that maybe Nate needs more than Elena is able to give him.

Nate will insist he finds Victoria’s direct approach refreshing and will talk about admiring her intelligence, power and beauty.

That said, Nate will stand by his loyalty to Elena since he’s in love with her.

At the Abbott house, Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) will nearly kiss Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) before showing some self-restraint instead.

Ashley will end up revealing her meeting with the Newmans and their offer to pay top dollar for McCall Unlimited – far more than it’s worth.

Tucker will realize this is a test, but he’ll assure Ashley that he’s choosing whichever door leads to her.

All Tucker will care about is his fresh start with Ashley and Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) – though he’ll vow to forge ahead with this journey of self-improvement regardless.

At Crimson Lights, Audra will bump into Elena and play up Victoria being so in sync with Nate.

Elena will get updates on all the private meetings they have as Audra alludes to Victoria’s big plans for Nate at the company.

Audra will act like Victoria must see something special in Nate to give him so much one-on-one attention.

After Audra mentions Nate moving up in the Newman organization any day now, she’ll suggest Elena must be so proud of her boyfriend.

Elena will eventually take off as Tucker appears and expresses his amusement over Audra’s tactics.

Audra will push Tucker for news on who he’s selling McCall Unlimited to, but Tucker will want some info first.

After Tucker asks about the level of animosity between Devon and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil), Audra will admit she heard they’re going scorched earth and that their relationship may not survive the war.

Audra will also realize Tucker wants to play the hero in this battle and will ask if he’s offering McCall Unlimited to Devon.

Tucker will confess that he already offered Devon his company, so she’ll rush back to Newman Media to spill.

Victoria will assume that Ashley strong-armed Tucker into this since she wants him to redeem himself.

However, Victoria will be up for the challenge and will think they just have to convince Devon what a disastrous financial move this would be.

Although Victoria will want Nate to sabotage Devon’s purchase of McCall Unlimited, he’ll point out that he’s not on good terms with either cousin right now.

Victoria will still think Nate can stop Devon from reconciling with Tucker, but Nate won’t feel right about that.

If Devon gave up his claim to Neil Winters’ (Kristoff St. John) company to run Tucker’s company instead, it could end the family drama.

Nate will admit he’d like to see that happen on a personal level, but Victoria will snap that professionally it’s not in their best interest.

Once Victoria storms out on Thursday’s Y&R episode, Audra will suggest it looks like Nate doesn’t have much of a choice!

At Society, Devon will confront Lily after getting off the phone with Christine Williams (Lauralee Bell), who told him that Chancellor Winters filed a response to his lawsuit – and Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) was the one behind it.

Devon will complain about Lily hiring the ex who hates him and will think she’s resorted to using his personal life against him.

Lily will deny that since Amanda handled the merger and is the best person for the job.

Devon will continue to believe this is a personal attack and will act like it’s wrong to pull Amanda away from caring for her sick mom in Virginia.

Lily will point out that Devon didn’t seem to care about any of that when he was cheating on Amanda.

After Lily defends her desire to fight back, she’ll remind Devon that he signed the merger contract.

Lily will guarantee that Devon’s going to regret heading down this path, so he’ll almost be glad Neil isn’t here to see what she’s turned into.

Lily, on the other hand, will think Neil would be proud of her and what she’s accomplished.

After Lily suggests Devon is a hypocrite for throwing his sister away over a company, Abby Newman-Abbott (Melissa Ordway) will push them to dial down the rage.

After Abby brings up needing to buy diapers as an excuse, she’ll drag Devon away from Lily’s table.

Once Abby goes home with Devon, she’ll hear about Lily hiring Amanda and will learn he’s nervous about facing his ex again.

Abby will wonder if Devon’s sure this lawsuit is worth all the destruction and will think he should reconsider Tucker’s offer.

Back with Lily, she’ll open up to Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei) about Chancellor-Winters being all she has left.

Lily will feel like her family has fallen apart, but Daniel will remind her that she has friends – including him.

After Lily acknowledges how ugly this war could get, Daniel will ask if she’s sure it’s worth the agony.

At the coffeehouse, Tucker will call Ashley and hint about being on a fact-finding mission, so she’ll warn him to proceed honestly and without manipulation.

Tucker will reassure Ashley and insist he just wants Devon to believe this purchase could be the solution to all his problems.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Devon will continue to mull over a major deal, so stay tuned to Y&R.
