The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) will keep her eyes and ears open at Newman Media. It’s clear that Audra’s always looking out for number one – and that means she’s always eager to find new situations she can use to her advantage.
Now that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) has kissed Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic), things are going to be awkward around the office.
Audra will inevitably pick up on the new vibe and wonder what exactly happened, so she might pry the truth out of Nate.
Then again, Audra could always eavesdrop on a discussion that reveals the kiss and growing attraction.
If nothing else, just watching Nate and Victoria interact will let Audra know there may be more than friendly feelings going on.
Y&R spoilers say someone will play matchmaker for Victoria and Nate with a personal agenda.
It seems likely it’ll be Audra, so let’s consider what goals she might have in mind.
Audra no doubt views Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) as a goody two-shoes who holds Nate back from the power he wants.
Nate and Elena’s relationship is bad news for Nate’s career – at least as far as Audra’s concerned.
Since Audra likes that powerful side of Nate, she may be all for Victoria bringing it out even further.
That would open the door for new opportunities and perhaps give Audra more power in her own role.
At some point, it’s possible Audra will go after Nate’s Newman Media CEO spot.
Maybe Audra will hope to complicate things so that Nate eventually has to vacate that seat – and a messy romance with the boss might achieve that.
Whatever the case, Audra seems like the outside party who’s going to stir up trouble.
As Nate’s COO, Audra will be in the prime position to push him in Victoria’s direction.
Perhaps Audra could arrange a meeting with a business contact and push Nate to take Victoria on an overnight trip.
Audra might make the arrangements and intentionally request only one hotel room – preferably only one bed, too!
Once Audra realizes Victoria and Nate are dealing with some flying sparks, she may make it her mission to turn them into a roaring flame.
Nate and Victoria may not be able to resist falling into bed together, so stay tuned for updates on their complex bond.
