The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for Monday, June 19, reveals that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will insist it can’t be true when Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) reveals there was a complication with her C-section.
Although Sally won’t want to believe their baby is dead, Adam will insist she’s gone and will express how sorry he is.
Sally will rip into Adam for keeping Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) away, but he’ll explain that Nick simply hasn’t gotten back in touch yet.
When Sally fears that means something terrible happened, Adam will downplay it and try to get her to settle down.
Unfortunately, that’ll be tough since Sally will be so distraught over her baby girl’s death.
Despite Sally’s belief that she did something wrong, Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) will promise that’s not the case.
When Elena privately reveals that Adam had to choose between Sally and the baby, it’ll leave Sally in shock.
In the sewer system, Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) will struggle over which wires to cut on the explosives as he deactivates them.
Since Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby) might’ve played mind games, Chance will want to be extra careful.
Nick and Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) will insist on staying close despite the risk of them all blowing up along with Faith Newman (Relynn Caster).
Thankfully, Chance will disarm the explosives as planned and assure Sharon that she won’t be arrested since this was a case of self-defense.
While Chance deals with the crime scene and Cameron’s dead body, Sharon and Nick will take Faith back to the cottage.
Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will be thrilled to see Faith home and will reach out to Nikki so that she won’t worry.
After Victor mentions that Adam was concerned and carrying out a Nick search earlier, Nick will call Adam’s phone and seek the latest news.
Adam will push Nick to get to the hospital for Sally’s sake, so Sharon will convince Nick to rush right over.
Once Adam talks to Elena briefly, he’ll rejoin Sally and face her fury for choosing the baby’s life over her own. Sally will ask how Adam could let their baby die, so Y&R spoilers say he’ll be blindsided by her rage.
At the athletic club, Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will support Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) as she worries about Nick’s impulsive streak and all this Cameron drama.
Victoria will feel like Nick definitely needs to take a step back and focus on things other than work right now.
After some passion in a suite, Nate and Victoria will plan to head down to the GCAC bar.
While Victoria’s getting ready, Nate will spot Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) down there and talk to her about Victoria forcing Nick to take a break.
Although that could benefit Nate, Audra will wonder if he’s OK with it happening due to Nick’s chaotic problems.
Nate will basically act like they should both do whatever it takes – and Audra will be on the same page about stepping up at a moment’s notice.
When Victoria comes downstairs, she’ll seem intrigued over Nate patting Audra’s arm during a close moment.
