Chance Chancellor’s Bombshell
Y&R spoilers for the week of April 3 reveal that the promo video begins with Chance taking a phone call. Chance finds out that the missing ambulance crashed. Chance tells everyone gathered at the bicentennial gala that Phyllis didn’t survive the accident.
Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) look shocked.
In the background, Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) can be seen standing a few feet behind Chance.
As Chance delivers the bombshell about Phyllis, Diane’s brow furrows with worry.
Now, Diane isn’t necessarily worried about Phyllis’ fate. However, evidence is pointing to Diane as the person responsible.
So, Diane knows that she could go down for murder, which might lead to her finding out about Phyllis and Jeremy Stark’s (James Hyde) scheme.
Proving it is a whole other story, though.
Y&R Spoilers: Summer Newman-Abbott’s Breakdown
As Chance tells everyone that Phyllis is dead, Summer completely breaks down. Summer starts sobbing and her body appears to “shrink” in her golden dress.
As Summer cries and appears to be close to collapsing, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) firmly holds his wife up by her arms.
In another scene, Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) whips her head around and asks what happened. Summer turns and wails that her mom is dead.
Then, at the Abbott manse, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) exclaims how could Phyllis be gone as Diane gasps.
Daniel Romalotti Jr’s Revenge

At the precise location where Phyllis collapsed, Daniel confronts Jeremy.
While Sharon and others watch in shock, Daniel demands to know what Jeremy did to Phyllis. Then, it appears that Daniel is ready to physically attack Jeremy.
It is teased that Daniel will spiral after Phyllis’ “death.” So, could this lead to Daniel doing something he can’t take back?
