The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers preview video for the week of June 5-9 promises some shockers and unsettling moments in Genoa City. For starters, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will ask Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) the question she’s been dreading.
Kyle will push to find out how long Summer’s known Phyllis was alive, so this is Summer’s chance to come clean.
The jig will be up, so it looks like Summer will confess to being the one Phyllis first revealed herself to.
Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei) went against Summer’s orders by going to the cops and tried to protect her by claiming he saw Phyllis instead.
When Kyle realizes Daniel cared more about Diane Jenkins’ (Susan Walters) freedom than his own wife, he’ll definitely be angry and hurt.
Summer was willing to sit on Phyllis’ survival news for as long as it took, even if that meant Diane went down for a murder she didn’t commit.
Next, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will battle concerns over Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) business strategy.
After Adam reveals a risky move that he intends to make, Victor will warn that it’ll put him in direct competition with Newman Media.
Adam will insist that’s what he wants and will think he knows what he’s doing with this tactic.
Although Victor will object, Adam will remind his father that he has total autonomy at McCall Unlimited.
Despite the gamble Adam will be taking, he’ll think the reward will be worth it when he ultimately beats Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) at their own game.
At Sharon Rosales’ (Sharon Case) house, she’ll urge Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster) to stay close and be careful as she lets her daughter leave the premises.
Faith will assure Sharon that she will, but she won’t get very far before Cameron Kirsten’s (Linden Ashby) next “gift” shows up.
Y&R’s weekly preview video shows Faith letting out a horrible scream and startling Sharon in the process.
As for the discovery Faith will make, it looks like she’s going to find the cat that her roommates entrusted her with.
Poor Borgnine will get poisoned, so it won’t take long for Faith and Sharon to assume Cameron is behind this.
