In Nashville, Matt and Kenzie are moving his ex Chelsey into the same house as them. Chelsey sold her home and couldn’t get one on time so she had to call Matt for help. It wasn’t easy breaking the news to Kenzie. Of course, Kenzie wasn’t happy. Matt details Chelsey and his 3-4 year relationship.
They were on and off after meeting in high school. He thought they would get married. On one of his break ups from Chelsey he met Kenzie on a dating app. Chelsey thinks he moved too fast with Kenzie. Now he has been dating Kenzie for about 3 years and he still is very close to Chelsey.
Stephen is still uncomfortable and upset after being told Caroline and his ex have elope and are now pregnant. The three are out to eat. Caroline goes to the bathroom to avoid some tense moments.
Loren and April have become very close. It has made April’s ex John, cry uncomfortable. Roy, April’s ex is over her house she shares with Loren. The two meet their newborn grandchild. John decides to take all of the guys out for a meal. Its a boys day, he tells April. He tries to kiss her goodbye but she turns and gives him a cheek. He flips her off and leaves. He is done, he explains to the cameras.
De’Andre gets picked up by his new girlfriend Elodie after visiting his mom and ex Rowan. He wants to tell her that Rowan has invited him on vacation to Santa Bell Island. Elodie is not happy. She tells him she needs to think about it. Its a bit much that he wants to go to an island with bathing suits and cocktails with his ex.
Jen and Josh went through a painful divorce but ended up with partners. He has fathered all of their children. Jen’s partner and Chantelle, her wife, are with Josh and his wife. The four are throwing a party for their one year old. The four have made a big decision they want to share with their families.
Matt and Kenzi bring Chelsey back to their home where she will be staying. They show her the guest room where they are a ton of photos of Kenzie and Matt are kissing and attending special events. Chelsey rolls her eyes. As the conversation between the three continue while they talk to the cameras, Kenzie becomes upset. Matt has shared that he and Chelsey shared a bed when he was with Kenzie. She gets up and leaves.
De Andre and Elodie go out to dinner with their two friends, Zoe and Mike. Elodie brings up De Andre wanting to go on a trip. Everyone at the table agrees it is weird and inappropriate.
April cries to Loren and Roy about how John had just treated her. This is all too much for her and she never imagined that Loren and Roy would be there to help her pick up the pieces. John is just so angry.
