Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Monday, December 9, reveal that Chanel Dupree DiMera (Raven Bowens) will remain confused and suspicious now that she’s stumbled upon Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and Alex Kiriakis’ (Robert Scott Wilson) confrontation.
Chanel just demanded to know what’s going on, so Johnny will no doubt come up with some excuse to explain away his faceoff with Alex.
Of course, Johnny will still be nervous about whether Alex will keep his promise to hide the hookup secret. Alex doesn’t want to hurt Chanel, so he indeed seems poised to keep Johnny’s cheating under wraps.
Even so, Chanel may find out about Joy Wesley (AlexAnn Hopkins) supposedly being homesick and breaking her contract to return to New York.
This abrupt decision is going to raise questions that Johnny would rather not answer now that he knows about EJ DiMera’s (Dan Feuerriegel) bribery scheme.
EJ just delivered Joy’s check to her and expects her to leave Salem immediately.
However, Days spoilers say Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow) could present a problem and throw off EJ’s plan in a big way.
There’ll be some complications when it comes to dealing with Joy’s contract, so EJ may not be able to push her out of town like he hoped.
That’s especially true since Joy really wants to stay in Salem and tackle her new role.
Other Days spoilers say Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) will remain down in the dumps, but he’ll get support from someone surprising.
Javi Hernandez (Al Calderon) will actually offer Leo a little comfort over his derailed life, so Leo will be taken aback over the thaw between them.
Next, DOOL fans can expect Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) to give Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) updates on some alarming news.
Does this have something to do with all the Body & Soul sabotage or another Salem shocker?
We know Nurse Whitley (Kim Coles) is set to resurface soon, so it’s possible this alarming news will involve her escape from Bayview.
Our Days predictions point to Whitley stirring up plenty of trouble, so it’ll be interesting to see what the future holds.
Whitley may have played a role in the Body & Soul drama if she’s suddenly got a vendetta over them getting rid of Charlemagne Delacroix (Deidre Hall) or something along those lines.
Regardless, Days of Our Lives spoilers say Rafe will fill Jada in on something disturbing, so stay tuned.
