Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Sarah Kiriakis (Linsey Godfrey) and Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) are feeling good about their future. Things were obviously difficult for a while, but it’s all turning around now that Fiona Cook (Serena Scott Thomas) is gone and Sarah has been given a life-changing serum.
Sarah is back on her feet again and will continue to improve in the coming weeks. Thanks to that miracle cure, Sarah has a chance to walk and keep up with Victoria Kiriakis (Islay and Paisley Kerr) as she grows.
Xander couldn’t be more grateful, so his marriage is on extremely solid ground.
Of course, that’s usually when soaps like to introduce some new trouble and put relationships in jeopardy!
DOOL’s season 60 preview video shows Sarah at the Titan office, where Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow) and Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) encourage her to keep a secret from Xander.
Sarah seems appalled at the thought of lying to her husband, but she can be seen with an uneasy expression as she hugs Xander soon after in the promo.
All signs point to Sarah going along with Philip and Kate’s plan to deceive Xander, but why? Let’s consider how this Days storyline might play out.
Now that Sarah is no longer paralyzed, Xander is in a better headspace and will eventually make peace with Philip.
Xander and Philip high-five enthusiastically in Days’ season 60 promo, which means they’ll find a way to get on good terms.
Xander may ultimately decide to surrender when it comes to all this Titan drama since he’d rather focus on Sarah and Victoria anyway.
From there, Xander may form a nice family bond with Philip and leave everyone feeling blissful.
That’s when Sarah could somehow uncover that Vivian Alamain (Louise Sorel) forced the letter that set Philip’s Titan takeover in motion.
Kate knows about that and is covering for Philip, so Days spoilers suggest they may push Sarah to keep Xander out of the loop.
However, it could be a huge mistake to deceive Xander about this or anything else for that matter.
Xander and Sarah have both lied to each other in the past, but they’ve finally managed to move beyond all that deception – or so it seemed!
Once Sarah presumably lies to keep the peace, Xander is bound to find out and blow his top.
