General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will continue to mull over Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) grim fate and how her massive digitalis overdose could’ve happened. Although Liz wasn’t responsible for Sam’s fatal outcome, she still wants to know what really went down.
Elizabeth was overseeing the team of nurses caring for Sam and trusts them completely. Since Liz has total faith in her employees, she’s struggling to understand how someone could make a mistake like this.
Of course, that’s presumably because it wasn’t a mistake at all! It looks like someone wanted Sam deceased – and our predictions point to that someone being Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober).
Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) was in the process of trying to help Elizabeth solve this mystery when he got called to Turning Woods over Lulu Spencer’s (Alexa Havins Bruening) disappearance.
Lulu’s escape chaos suddenly has Lucky and Liz’s attention, but all the Sam drama will come back around.
In fact, GH spoilers for the week of December 2-6 say Liz will show off some determination when it comes to cracking this Sam case.
We’ll see Elizabeth dig deeper as she tries to get some answers about what really went down with Sam. Naturally, that could put Liz in grave danger!
There’s going to be trouble if Elizabeth gets too close to the truth.
If Cyrus is indeed to blame for Sam’s grim fate, then he won’t be happy about Liz sniffing around and potentially uncovering his crime.
It’s easy to imagine Cyrus plotting to wipe Elizabeth off the map to ensure she won’t blow things up.
Liz could find herself in a perilous predicament down the road and might need someone like Lucky to come to her rescue.
If Lucky saves Elizabeth, it could help move things along when it comes to their inevitable romantic reunion story.
Now that Lucky and Cyrus have been facing off over Lulu, there’s bound to be more conflict between them.
Lucky may have to stop Cyrus from eliminating Liz if he indeed decides to add her to the victim list.
Regardless, Cyrus will make some other sinister moves in the coming months, so stay tuned for any bad news that’s brewing!
