The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for the next two weeks, January 29 to February 9, reveal that some surprises are on the way. For starters, the week of January 29-February 2 will bring a shocker for Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) when he determines Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) asked Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) to marry him.
Although Ridge may express concern at first, he’ll come around to Thomas’ way of thinking in the end and defend him to Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang).
Brooke will voice some loud complaints about Hope and Thomas’ potential marriage, but Ridge won’t see anything wrong with it – at least if Hope decides to get on board.
Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will get updates on the proposal news as well, so she’ll flip out and worry Thomas is setting himself up for more heartbreak.
Even if Hope accepts the proposal, Steffy may fear it’s happening for the wrong reasons and that Thomas is only going to get hurt sooner or later.
Once Steffy brings John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) up to speed the possible engagement, they’ll agree it’s a disaster waiting to happen and side with Brooke on her view of the situation.
Next, Thomas will make a powerful speech to Hope that’s full of promises and highlights his loyalty.
Hope will have a very passionate night of lovemaking with Thomas, so she may be ready to move beyond the past and celebrate their bright future.
At some point, B&B fans can expect Charlie Webber (Dick Christie) to pop up on some sort of security mission, so he’ll interact with Thomas and others at Forrester Creations.
As for Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada), she’ll deal with some suspicions after Poppy Nozawa (Romy Park) gives an answer about Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) and whether he’s her bio dad.
Luna will feel like Poppy is still keeping secrets and won’t understand her motivations, so there’ll be more to the story when it comes to this paternity mystery.
On another note, Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz) will intentionally derail Luna and RJ Forrester’s (Joshua Hoffman) time together at the beach house, so Luna will have to play referee when a fight breaks out.
However, RJ won’t give up on giving Luna a romantic night alone, so he’ll try again later and will hopefully prove successful this time around.
During the week of February 5-9, Thomas will make plans for a grand gesture of his own since Valentine’s Day is just around the corner.
There’s a good chance Thomas will pull off a marriage proposal do-over based on February sweeps spoilers, so this may be when Hope finally starts wearing the ring on her finger.
Unfortunately, Xander Avant (Adain Bradley) isn’t done causing chaos and will resurface as he works to take Thomas down!
