The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that the CBS soap is on the hunt for a gorgeous and talented actress to add to the younger set.
According to a recent casting call, the show’s looking for someone to play the contract role of “Sarah,” who’s said to be a California blonde who’s about 20 years old.
In addition to her good looks, Sarah will come with a playful personality and a scheming side. This character’s going to be mischievous, so she could turn out to be a bit of a “bad girl” if she leans into that.
Of course, we should point out that the details of the character could change by the time she hits the screen.
“Sarah” may end up going by a different name and face some adjustments when it comes to what she’s actually like.
However, it’s interesting that B&B’s searching for someone in that age bracket. It could indicate that RJ Forrester (Joshua Hoffman) and Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) have another love triangle coming up.
If Luna and RJ split, it could give Sarah the perfect opening to swoop in and pick up the pieces of RJ’s shattered heart.
Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz) is a little older than this crowd, but the show’s been including him as an interloper in RJ and Luna’s latest storyline anyway.
Perhaps Zende could scheme with Sarah at some point if she meets RJ and wants him for herself. Zende might help Sarah try to win RJ over and clear his own path to Luna, but we’ll just have to see how it all plays out!
As for RJ, he’s got love triangles in his blood. Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Taylor Hayes (last played by Krista Allen) spent years fighting over Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye), so it may be RJ’s turn to have two women fighting over him.
RJ may find himself torn between Luna and Sarah down the road, so stick with us for updates on his messy love life and all the complications this B&B character addition could bring.
