The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers offer a prediction about Claire Grace’s (Hayley Erin) dream and some hints about what might happen in the future. The March 20 episode offered a fascinating look at what Claire’s life might’ve been like if she’d grown up with all the Newman love she deserved.
Claire’s birthday party fantasy included a scene where “Eve” gave away her wishes to others at the table.
That led to Abby Newman-Abbott (Melissa Ordway) and Devon Hamilton-Winters (Bryton James) wishing for a little brother or sister for Dominic Newman-Abbott-Winters-Chancellor (Rainn and River Ware).
Moments later, Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) confirmed they also wanted a little brother or sister for Harrison Abbott (Kellen Enriquez).
Of course, Kyle and Summer aren’t together like they were in that fantasy, but it’s still interesting that both Summer and Abby wanted to have babies in Claire’s dream.
Could this serve as a bit of a premonition about some future pregnancies?
Abby adores being a mom to Dominic, so it’s reasonable to think she might want to have another baby soon.
Since Abby and Devon have such a happy, stable family with Dom, they might want to expand it.
Abby could use a surrogate again or perhaps miraculously be able to carry a baby to term herself.
Summer’s situation is a little trickier since her romance with Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) is still so new, but maybe her pregnancy could simply be a surprise.
It certainly wouldn’t be the first time a Y&R character ended up with an unexpected bun in the oven.
Once Summer gets over the potential shock, she might like the idea of having a baby with Chance.
It could be used as a way to deepen Chance and Summer’s romance.
Chance was previously told that his sperm and motility issues could resolve on their own, so he could be the father of Summer’s child and build a family with her.
On the other hand, Claire’s dream could be a hint about Summer reuniting with Kyle or at least landing back in his bed one night! What if Summer winds up pregnant by Kyle after they surrender to temptation?
Regardless, both Abby and Summer seemed to have baby fever in Claire’s dream, so perhaps that dream will become reality and lead to real pregnancies.
