The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will take Harrison Abbott (Redding Munsell) to the park for some father-son bonding. It’ll be a chance for Harrison and Kyle to relax together after all the Jordan (Colleen Zenk) drama.
As luck would have it, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) will also land in the park at the exact same time.
Of course, it won’t take Harrison long to run right up to Claire for a hug and a chat.
Although Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) will make it clear that she doesn’t want Claire around Harrison, Kyle won’t see the harm in letting Harrison visit with her – especially since it looks like this encounter will be purely coincidental.
It’s not like Kyle’s going to drag Harrison away and urge him to give Claire the silence treatment!
There’s no need to be rude or turn this into another traumatic incident just because Summer has issues with her cousin.
In other words, Kyle will ignore Summer’s prior warning to keep Claire at a distance and just let Harrison have this time with her.
That could give Kyle another opportunity to see for himself how great Claire is with children, particularly Harrison since they went through a similar Jordan ordeal.
Despite Summer’s concerns about Claire being a reminder of what Harrison endured, Kyle will feel like Claire could be a good example of bouncing back.
Once Kyle watches Claire and Harrison’s next interaction, he may be even more convinced of that.
However, Summer may come along and spot Claire connecting with Harrison – or maybe Harrison will simply tell Mommy all about his encounter with Claire in the aftermath.
Regardless, Summer won’t be happy about Kyle allowing this Claire and Harrison visit behind her back.
Kyle may defend himself since it’s not something he planned and argue that it was good for Harrison anyway.
It looks like Summer will also raise concerns during a showdown with Victoria, who’ll step up to defend Claire as Jordan’s victim and someone who’s trying to make a better life for herself.
Based on our Y&R predictions, Summer will unleash her wrath and may not show signs of accepting Claire anytime soon!
