The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) is still trying to wrap her head around the fire that destroyed the home she loved. Jordan (Colleen Zenk) burned it down like it was nothing – though she would’ve preferred if Victoria and Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) had been inside.
Thankfully, Claire and Victoria were at the ranch when the blaze broke out, but Victoria still lost all her keepsakes and the house that she’s watched her children grow up in. It was a difficult blow, but maybe Victoria can rebuild at some point.
Whatever the case, there’s a good chance Y&R plans to slide Victoria and Claire into a different home for now.
The main house at the ranch is nice, but Victoria might think it’d be better for Claire to have a space that feels a little cozier and more private.
The tack house is still part of the ranch property, but it’s separate enough to feel like it’s own thing.
It’s surely no coincidence that Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) and Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) have suddenly decided it’s time to find another place!
Tessa and Mariah have been living at the tack house with Aria Porter-Copeland (Maddie and Millie Ingle), but they’ve become overwhelmed by all the added security and constant Newman drama.
Now that Mariah and Tessa are looking for their perfect family home elsewhere, that frees up the tack house for some other dwellers – namely Claire and Victoria if things work out like we expect.
Victoria was hoping to move Claire into her other house before Victor insisted the ranch was safer.
Now that Jordan the firebug has worked her magic again, Victoria’s original plan is no longer an option.
However, Victoria could still live with Claire at the tack house, which would provide a great mother-daughter bonding opportunity.
Claire may live on her own someday, but it’s logical for her to live with her mom that she just reunited with right now – especially since she needs supervision as part of her release conditions.
Victoria may make a pitch to Claire and get her approval on this tack house move, so stay tuned for updates on whether this news will bring them even closer.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Claire will try to stay on this positive path forward, which will hopefully be easier once Jordan is dealt with for good!
Jordan’s downfall seems to be just around the corner, which means Claire, Victoria and all the other Newmans will be able to breathe a sigh of relief.
