Beyond the Gates spoilers for Friday, April 18, suggest some massive plot twists on the horizon as Fairmont Crest heads into the weekend.
Anita Dupree (Tamara Tunie) navigates a crisis, while Dani Dupree (Karla Mosley) celebrates a new chapter.
Plus, Joey Armstrong (Jon Lindstrom) continues to manipulate a situation, so it’s time to see what will unfold on the new CBS soap come Friday!
First off, Naomi Hamilton Hawthorne (Arielle Prepetit) will “rally the troops” to support Anita.
Whenever anyone needs anything – from a listening ear to a shoulder to cry on – the Dupree matriarch is there.
Now it seems as if Anita requires a helping hand as she deals with something where she’ll have to lean on her family.
The good news is that it sounds like the Durpee fam-jam will be there, thanks to Naomi.
Speaking of Anita, her youngest daughter, Dani, is ready to start a fresh new chapter.
While she was sulky during the Monday, April 18 episode, a drunken bender that night shook some sense into Dani.
She was ready for a clean slate, and she turned to Pamela Curtis (Cady McClain) for help. Not surprisingly, her bestie encouraged her to turn over a new leaf.
Dani was so inspired by Pamela that she was even *gasp* was nice to her ex-husband’s “child bride”, Hayley Lawson-Hamilton (Marquita Goings) during the Wednesday, April 16 show.
Dani offered Hayley some advice and told her to organize a “Plan B” should her marriage not work out; something the young woman fluffed off.
Still, on Friday’s episode, Beyond the Gates spoilers state that Pamela will come up with a bold proposal to propel Dani into the next phase of her life.
There’s a good chance that this idea involved bursting back onto the modeling scene in some capacity, so it’ll be interesting to see what Dani and her BFF come up with.
Finally, Vanessa McBride (Lauren Buglioli) definitely seeks comfort outside her marriage; however, she’s never been “taken” by another man.
Well, not enough to have her thinking about divorcing Doug McBride (Jason Graham), that is.
While she has plenty of other men on her roster, her friendship with Joey has flipped her world upside down.
Could she be so taken by the casino owner she decides a split from her hubby is in order?
That’s hard to say at this point, but it does sound like Joey will continue to manipulate Vanessa for his own agenda during the Friday, April 18 show.
Will he turn up the charm so much that they hit the sheets? Only time will tell.
Beyond the Gates spoilers suggest Vanessa has true feelings for Joey; however, she’s clearly just a pawn in his game. But what his master plan and how will things up fold?
