Beyond the Gates spoilers for the week of June 23-27 suggest some major confrontations, so let’s talk about the one that will unravel between Nicole Richardson (Daphnee Duplaix) and Andre Richardson (Sean Freeman).
Dani Dupree (Karla Mosley) finally confessed her fling with Nicole’s nephew (by marriage) to her sister, and maybe Nicole should’ve been happy for the new couple, but she was anything but.
It sounds like Nicole will have a few choice words for Andre, and considering how much he respects his auntie, it’ll be interesting if he bites back or listens to what she has to say.
Sure, there’s not only an age difference between the two, but Nicole may get the ick, as in many ways, Andre’s not only a nephew, but he has been like a son to her.
When he lost his parents, Nicole and Ted Richardson (Keith D. Robinson) took the young man under their wing and supported him during a trying time.
Will Nicole become a factor in whether or not Dani and Andre decide to stay together or break up?
Speaking of Andre, he and his “friend” Ashley Morgan (Jen Jacob) will discuss options.
What could this be about? Ashley is now a single pringle, and of course, Andre is officially “taken” as he’s gone public with Dani, so what kind of ‘options’ will these two discuss?
He’s got it bad for Ashley, so now that she’s no longer in a committed relationship, his eyes could wander.
Dani was skeptical about jumping into a bonafide romance with Fairmont Crest’s resident hottie because she doesn’t want her heart broken, which might be the very thing that ends up happening!
Still, as Andre and Ashley share a moment, so will Dani and her ex-husband, Bill Hamilton (Timon Durrett).
BTG spoilers for the week of June 23-27 note that the two will have a heart-to-heart, so they may talk about his medical scare and how the thought of losing him for good triggered her.
Then again, their talk could be about Hayley Hamilton (Marquita Goings).
Dani seems to believe Hayley is lying about her pregnancy. Unfortunately, she’ll continue to be suspicious about Bill’s new wife as the woman will suffer from cramping next week.
It sounds like Hayley may be concerned about losing her baby, but Dani will believe this is all a cover-up, and a way to brush her ‘pregnancy’ lie under the rug.
Meanwhile, Anita Dupree (Tamara Tunie) will return to Fairmont Crest after wrapping up her Articulettes’ reunion rehearsals.
With that said, she’ll come back to some news that completely catches her off guard. Could this be about Martin Richardson’s (Brandon Claybon) big ‘secret’?
This storyline certainly intensified during the week of June 16-20, as the mystery man, ‘Kenneth’ (Jason Vendryes), made it clear he’s returned to blackmail the Duprees over whatever Martin did.
It’s still a bit fuzzy as to what happened that fateful night two years ago and what Martin, along with Vernon Dupree (Clifton Davis), are trying to cover-up; however, what fans do know is that there was some kind of incident involving Kenneth, Martin, and Kenneth’s now deceased brother.
Plus, it looks like far more people are involved in Martin’s secret.
Beyond the Gates audiences know that Vernon, Anita, and Bill are in the know, but it turns out that in addition to them, Jacob Hawthorne’s (Jibre Hordges) dad, Elon Hawthorne (Malachi Malik) is mixed up in this mess, as well as Jacob’s partner, Detective Marcel Malone (Darryl W. Handy), and Joey Armstrong (Jon Lindstrom)!
Even worse, Ted has known about this all along, too.
This sounds like a very sticky situation, and in the days ahead, Martin will take matters into his own hands and launch a scheme to try and put this secret behind him, for good! How far will he go to accomplish this goal?
In related news, Joey will present a proposal to Bill that has him amused, while Jacob will have concerns that Bradley “Smitty” Smith’s (Mike Manning) investigation will hurt Elon’s.
Looks like Jacob’s cop gut is spot on about his dad. But how will he react when he finds out the truth?
On to some romantic BTG spoilers, Katherine “Kat” Richardson (Colby Muhammad) will have a steamy surprise for Tomas “Tom” Navarro (Alex Alegria). Will these two finally hit the sheets?
Meanwhile, her bestie and cousin, Chelsea Hamilton (Rhonni Rose), will find it challenging to connect with her better half, Dr. Madison Montgomery (Kenjah McNeil), for a date night.
Elsewhere, Leslie Thomas (Trisha Mann-Grant) will continue to be up to no good when she proposes something bold to Kat and Jacob.
She may try to make amends with the two in hopes that they’ll lay off their investigation of her.
The last thing Leslie wants is a stint in prison for running Laura Peterson (Destiny Love) off the road, but what will Leslie offer Kat and Jacob in return? Whatever it is, they likely won’t be interested!
Leslie will also attempt to make amends with Eva Thomas (Ambyr Michelle), and she may be far more successful in this effort than the first.
With that said, Eva will have her plate full trying to forge a new chapter as she starts her new job at her dad, Ted’s, office.
Even more intriguing is that she’ll struggle early on in the week but draw strength from an unlikely source. Could Nicole provide a shoulder for the young girl to lean on?
Beyond the Gates spoilers remind fans that Nicole is hurt by what Eva did, but Eva is also low on the woman’s blame list. Nicole has a heart of gold and knows that it’s not Eva’s fault she was raised in a toxic environment, so will she give the girl another chance at friendship?
