General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) will break her promise to Scout Quartermaine (Cosette Abinante) as her fake happy family with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) falls apart. Willow is setting Scout up for another crushing blow, so let’s talk about what’s in store.
Although Willow isn’t in love with Drew anymore, she still moved ahead with the wedding and made a big commitment to him.
Willow also made a commitment to Scout, who admitted she just wanted Drew and her new stepmom to be happy.
Despite Willow’s declaration that they would be, that seems like a promise she won’t be able to keep.
Willow is doing all this as part of a plan to get Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) and Amelia Corinthos (Sequoia and Serenity Mork Macko) back, so she’s got an agenda.
This isn’t the kind of soap marriage that’s built to last or end happily ever after.
Sooner or later, Willow and Drew’s relationship is going to crumble, so Scout’s going to be devastated when that happens.
Scout and Willow adore each other, so Drew thinks this is going to work out beautifully.
As far as Drew’s concerned, Willow is going to make a wonderful mother figure for his sweet daughter.
However, Willow and Drew’s marriage seems destined to end in a divorce or an annulment.
At some point, Drew will surely realize Willow’s heart isn’t in this, so that could be the beginning of the end for them.
Of course, it’s still entirely possible that Willow really did pull the trigger on Drew that night.
If that’s the case, then the shocking truth could turn Drew against Willow in the end.
The fact that this mess is going to hurt Scout should make matters even worse.
Drew may wind up furious with Willow down the road and decide he’s craving revenge.
After all, Drew has been a menace to almost everyone else in town! Willow could be on the receiving end of Drew’s wrath eventually, so she’d better be ready.
