The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the next three weeks, July 7 to July 25, reveal that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) may face a funeral decision while Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) deals with a scary mess. The whodunit investigation will also heat up, so here’s what viewers can look forward to.
The week of July 7-11 will bring a blowup between Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) and Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) – one that leaves Tessa contemplating moving forward with a divorce.
Meanwhile, Victoria will end up facing a difficult decision, so this could tie in with Cole Howard’s (J. Eddie Peck) final arrangements.
With Victoria’s family stuck out of town, she might opt for a low-key private funeral with Claire Newman (Hayley Erin).
On the other hand, Victoria’s decision could be about whether Cole should get a burial plot or get cremated for an urn.
There’ll be some tough choices that Victoria never expected she’d have to make at this point in their relationship.
On a happier note, Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian) will deliver the most romantic marriage proposal possible, so let’s hope Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell) agrees to become his wife!
While Claire seeks Holden Novak’s (Nathan Owens) support and maybe even shares a kiss with him, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) will be getting way too close for comfort in Nice.
As temptation explodes for Kyle and Audra, Lily will be torn between her head and her heart.
We’ll see Lily chase after a fresh start with Damian Kane (Jermaine Rivers) since it’s the logical thing to do, but her heart will still want Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) deep down.
That’s why it seems Cane will pop up in Lily’s dreams and remind her of the love they still share.
Since Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is ready to go all in on a Cane alliance, it looks like Nick will plan to intervene with Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case) help.
That’ll be a project for Sharon and Nick to tackle together, but they could get burned if Phyllis is serious about her willingness to betray anyone for Cane – including Nick.
After someone puts on a pair of gloves and commits a stabbing, there are definitely going to be some freaked-out party guests.
Will Cane order Carter (Vincent Stalba) to hurt him just enough for this to be realistic? Could there be a different culprit and surprise victim instead?
Regardless, Damian may become the prime suspect in a major crime during the week of July 14-18 since he touched the knife on the train.
This could be Cane’s setup if he’s willing to go this far to get Damian out of Lily’s life.
Next, Kyle may find himself in panic mode for a different reason. If Kyle goes too far with Audra, he may become desperate to bury the secret.
That’s especially true if Kyle finally connects with Claire over the phone and learns Cole died while he’s been busy playing Audra games.
There’ll be a lot at stake for Audra too since she doesn’t want to ruin her romance with Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic), but their split seems inevitable.
From the get-go, Audra’s plan has been a terrible one. There’s just no way Audra can find success at Vibrante AND continue a blissful relationship with Nate.
Audra’s deal with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) has pretty much guaranteed that a Nate breakup will happen sooner or later.
On the bright side, Nate and Victoria might get a second chance at romance.
Y&R fans will see more bonding between them in the coming episodes, so their reconnection may deepen once the week of July 21-25 rolls around.
The whodunit in Nice will also bring an investigation with plenty of shockers and shakeups.
Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) will no doubt help Cane navigate all the turmoil.
As for Lily, will she buy that Damian is guilty or rush to his defense?
Cane will certainly hope that Lily runs back in his direction instead, so stay tuned for updates on whether he’ll get his wish.
