The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the next three weeks, December 22 to January 9, reveal that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will face his worst nightmare while Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) lands in an awkward situation. Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) also seems poised to make a bold move, so let’s dive in and discuss all the drama.
The week of December 22-26 will lead to Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) doubling down on her threat to walk away from her marriage if Victor doesn’t cave on the AI program issue.
Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will be touched over the lengths Nikki’s going to for him, but he won’t be so sure her efforts will convince Victor to change anything.
However, Victor may become a little less of Scrooge after the Christmas Eve episode, which will bring some lessons about the holiday season and what truly matters.
That doesn’t mean Victor and Nikki will fix all their problems just yet, but they’ll both get some food for thought.
The December 24 show will also bring some cozy moments for Jack and Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters) while Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) brings the kids to Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) place for some holiday decorating.
Sally will get stuck in a bit of an awkward situation since Victoria will apparently stick around for some family time with Billy, Johnny Abbott (Paxton Mishkind) and Katie Abbott (Sienna Mercuri).
Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) will also discuss missing Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun) along as they prepare for another round of feuding with Matt Clark aka “Mitch Bacall” (Roger Howarth).
As for Lily Winters (Christel Khalil), she’ll blow her top when she spots Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) looking way closer than they should be.
If Lily assumes Cane can’t quit Phyllis, she might decide to leave town for a bit, see the twins and clear her head.
That would make sense considering Christel Khalil’s maternity leave is coming up soon.
After a holiday throwback episode airs on December 25, the show will resume the regular drama on December 26.
Y&R fans will see Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) get her hands on some significant intel that she’ll share with Billy and Jack.
Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will also land in a tight spot as Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) draws a line in the sand about Newman Media.
Once Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) updates Lauren Fenmore Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) on a tight spot of his own, she’ll talk him through it.
Michael will have to figure out if he’s willing to be a Victor backstabber for the sake of stopping this AI program madness.
During the week of December 29-January 2, Nick will lead the charge against Matt, but more danger is on the way.
Victor’s worst nightmare always involves his kids and grandkids being at risk, so some unsettling news is brewing thanks to Matt’s revenge.
Nikki could land in the danger zone as well, but this could lead to Victor patching things up with her once she’s inevitably rescued.
Regardless, there may be New Year’s Eve celebrations and some bottles of bubbly despite all the Matt turmoil that’s in store.
The week of January 5-9 could bring a Matt-related climax and some epic Newman showdowns.
Nick will do whatever he can to turn the tables and stop Matt’s threat for good.
Although Kyle is losing hope when it comes to his romantic reunion with Claire Newman (Hayley Erin), things could change – especially once they move forward with their Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) takedown plot.
That scheme could bring Claire and Kyle closer, so we’ll see if maybe there’s still hope for their relationship after all.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say the next three weeks will bring some highs and lows, so stay tuned to see how it all plays out!
