The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, June 24, reveal that the festivities will continue at the chateau in Nice, but Abby Winters (Melissa Ordway) will have no idea what she’s walking into.
Y&R fans know Dominic Newman-Abbott-Winters-Chancellor (Rainn and River Ware) got sick just before Abby and Devon Winters (Bryton James) were set to leave together.
Abby stayed behind to make sure Dominic was OK, but she caught a later flight and will arrive for the party soon enough.
A Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) curveball is obviously coming up for Abby, but she’ll get another shocker first.
That’s because Abby will bump into Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) and express surprise since she didn’t know he was invited.
Chance and Abby won’t be the only guests who show up for this shindig late.
Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) and Lauren Fenmore Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) will also catch the train up the mountain for some big news.
Lauren, Michael, Abby and Chance will all get updates on Aristotle Dumas’ true identity, so they’ll join the debate about Cane’s motives.
The partygoers will still feel like there’s so much they don’t know about Cane’s agenda.
Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will trade information on Tuesday’s Y&R episode, so they’ll no doubt try to figure out what Cane’s really up to.
As for Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), he’ll continue his private discussion with Cane.
Although Cane wants to trade a giant portion of his empire for control of Chancellor, Victor will remain wary of the idea.
Victor will think there must be more to it than Cane just wanting a fresh start.
Colin Atkinson’s (Tristan Rogers) demise clearly shook Cane up, but Victor will suspect there’s something else in play here.
Now that Cane is ready to come back to Genoa City and ditch all the Dumas drama, Victor has plenty of reasons to be on guard.
If Cane wants any hope of striking a deal, Victor will push for total honesty.
