“One act advances straight to the finals with last night’s Golden Buzzer. America’s votes will reveal which three acts from the previous night’s show will move on and compete in the Semi-finals.”

In tonight’s America’s Got Talent episode, yesterday was tough. Tonight was even more nerve wracking because there was nothing left to do. They couldn’t perform again. They couldn’t ask for another chance. They either made it through or were eliminated this season. They reviewed yesterday’s highlights as well as low lights. It also showed behind the scenes moments that were truly beautiful. Like Mel B running to hug Guy Kelton Jones I after an amazing performance. She was so moved by his words that she had to show her appreciation.
Pynk Beard revealed he was at many crossroads when he got a chance to audition. He’s nearly given up on music several times before he got a boost to his confidence. It happened when he dyed his beard pink. It wasn’t a light pink either. It was hot pink. He found that behind that bright pink and bushy beard that he didn’t worry as much about being seen. He instead focused on his love of music. It’s what all singers should strive for. They often forgot the music in their strife for perfection. And that’s what ends up hurting them on these shows.
The celebrity guests tonight couldn’t help talking about the acts they loved. It was all agreed that Lai Noelle was the star of the night. She earned that Golden Buzzer. She was also the first to make it into the Finale. With her already a shoe-in, there are two more spots left. The group will be first whittled down to five before the final three was announced. There was a performance from a trio of artists. This included Terry’s Golden Buzzer. Absolutely, Amma, and Detroit Youth Choir all performed on tonight’s episode.
It was good to see the Detroit Youth Choir. They’ve been traveling all around the great city and working with other young artists. They remained just as great as before. They also proved that losing their season doesn’t derail you as most people thought. They still have the exposure. They still have the talent. They just needed to keep pursuing it. It’s a wonderful lesson for everyone of all ages.
Then came time for the results. Acro Canine Crew found themselves up against Maria. They both involved children. One was lighter and the other was a contortionist that scared everyone. In spite of that, it could’ve gone either way. It ended up going to the Arco Canine Crew because sometimes lighter is what people need. The second grouping was Daniel Alvarez vs Holland and Sienna. The couple were aerialists. They were great aerialists. They just weren’t a match for Daniel. Daniel was a comedian.
He had people laughing throughout his entire routine. Again, America chose a performance that was on the lighter side. It showed what was the determining factor during the voting yesterday and where they were going tonight. The next round was between Pynk Beard and Kameron Marshall. Both gave a performance based on positivity. It was a tough one and yet America went with Kameron. Kameron did the few clapping for his opponent before his true arrogance was left on display.
No one was going to put with that kind of behavior in Vegas. He also must have gotten a talking to because he did change up his behavior later on. The next grouping was Guy Kelton Jones I vs Herwan Legaillard. America continued to choose positivity by choosing Guy. Guy brought people to church with his words. Kenan had suggested he speak at one because he felt he’d fit right in there. And the final race was between Isaac Atkins and Elsie.
Elsie sadly lost. Only Isaac didn’t give it his all either. They both held back and its why neither of them made it into the Finale. Isaac was eliminated from later on but Daniel. Daniel will be joining Lai in the Finale with Kameron who finally showed some humility and surprisingly Acro Canine Crew. Yes, for those counting slight correction. It was three others joining Lai not two. No Guy though. It was practically a crime. He deserved a spot in the Finale.
Still, it’s been a while since a dog performance made it this far.
