General Hospital (GH) recap for Friday, October 2, reveals that Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) made a stunning discovery.
Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) also faced more doubts about his innocence, so here’s how Friday’s GH action went down.
At Sonny’s house, Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) interrupted his grandpa’s confrontation with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna).
Dante told Gio that Sonny lied about getting out of the business and didn’t buy his story about Vito (Sam Duffy).
After Dante urged Gio not to fall for Sonny’s deception, he took off.
Sonny promised Gio that he wasn’t behind what happened to Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), so both Gio and Sonny had tears in their eyes as they hugged.
At the Metro Court Gardens, Mac Scorpio (John York) and Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) were concerned about the Sonny situation since Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) was in his dangerous orbit through her link to Gio.
Once Gio met up with Emma later and told her everything that played out earlier, he admitted he didn’t think he believed Sonny.
At the Quartermaine mansion, Lulu vowed to press charges against Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) if he went after Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) again.
Since Danny contributed to Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) getting sent away and was now beating up Rocco, Lulu thought he was the common thread.
Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) disagreed and downplayed it all as teenage drama.
Once Lulu was gone, Dante popped up and let Tracy know she’d been right about Sonny all along.
As for Sonny, he summoned Justine to the apartment above Charlie’s Pub via text.
Justine shocked Sonny by pushing him to look her in the eye and tell her whether he was behind the Pentonville attacks.
At home, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) told Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) about Sonny’s guilt in what went down with Curtis.
Josslyn made it clear that she was going after Sonny, so Trina planned to celebrate once her BFF took him down.
At Lulu’s house, Rocco came clean about his harsh words regarding Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) being the reason Danny struck the first blow.
Scout Cain (Kayden Brenna Tokarsiki) assured Rocco that she could never hate him before they shared a make-out session, which Lulu secretly witnessed through the window.
Although Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) wanted answers about what Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) were fighting about, Michael left in a hurry after getting a phone call from the doctor in Germany.
Back at the Metro Court Gardens, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) was appalled over ADA Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) trying to give Sonny the benefit of the doubt.
Jordan made it clear that she couldn’t be friends with someone who’d stay in a relationship with Sonny after what he did to Curtis.
Michael interrupted and let Jordan know things were all set for her at the clinic in Baden-Baden, but she had to accept now or else she’d lose the spot.
Jordan refused to leave Curtis and wanted to stick around so she could fight for him to get in Spring Ridge.
Michael suggested Jordan might resent Curtis if she did that and felt that Curtis would want her to take this opportunity.
In the end, Jordan seemed willing to go focus on getting her scars removed despite the terrible timing.
As for Brook Lynn, she tried to revisit the idea of moving to a new home with Chase and Phoebe Chase (Luna and Lucia Creighton).
Chase didn’t think that would fix their marriage problems and didn’t want to uproot Phoebe.
Brook Lynn could tell there was more to Chase’s refusal, so he finally blurted out that he didn’t want her moving back to the Quartermaine estate and leaving him alone in their new place.
Chase suggested Brook Lynn could make it look like he abandoned her and Phoebe by getting somewhere else to live, so she wondered if he really thought she’d do that.
When Chase confirmed he thought it was possible, a hurt Brook Lynn stomped off.
General Hospital spoilers say even worse news is brewing for Brook Lynn and Chase’s relationship, so stay tuned.
