The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that Melissa Dylan (Sydney Bullock) may ultimately have to shift gears and go after a different Spencer.
Although Dylan claims to be in love with Will Spencer (Crew Morrow), she may have too many problems standing in the way.
Will is obviously still pining for Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace), so that may not change anytime soon.
Part of Will may always long for Electra and wish things could be different between them.
Of course, Katie Logan Spencer (Heather Tom) also disapproves of Dylan trying to make Will her man.
Dylan is exploiting Will’s heartache as far as Katie’s concerned, so she could run into more hurdles when it comes to Will’s mom.
However, Dylan’s character seems to be transforming based on her online Spencer clan research in the August 4 episode.
After looking into the Spencers, their mansion and yacht, Dylan gushed over the family and seemed eager to gain that lifestyle.
In other words, the show’s turning Dylan into a gold-digger character who just might take any entrance she can get into the Spencer fam.
If Will and Electra eventually reunite, Dylan might decide to turn her attention to a single Spencer who might be easier to seduce.
Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) has been lonely and adrift ever since Flo Logan (Katrina Bowden) dumped him, so Dylan could take advantage of that.
It’s been longer since Flo and Wyatt broke up, so he’s accepted the split – even if he’s still devastated deep down.
That could make Wyatt the perfect target for Dylan if she chooses him as her backup boyfriend and potential husband-to-be.
Dylan might abandon her plan to steal Will’s heart and determine it’ll be easier to make Wyatt love her instead.
Wyatt was quite intrigued when he caught “Nancy” aka Dylan at the beach house with Will.
Maybe Dylan will feel like she can work with that and convince Wyatt to get interested in her romantically.
There’s a little more of an age difference between Dylan and Wyatt, but it certainly wouldn’t be the first time a female B&B character pursued an older man.
Although Will’s going to sizzle with Dylan a bit this summer, his heart will still belong to Electra deep down.
If Dylan resolves to join the Spencer clan any way she can get in, she may target Wyatt at some point and hope her efforts pay off.
