The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Monday, October 5, reveal that Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) will scramble to stop Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) from derailing his scheme.
Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz) will also have to decide whether he’s willing to join the team at Logan.
Since Melissa Dylan (Sydney Bullock) convinced Zende to hear Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) and Katie Logan Spencer (Heather Tom) out, he just showed up and is willing to talk.
Hope has been trying to assure Zende of how sorry she is for bailing on him the way she did.
Katie also sees the potential for Zende to come work with Hope on something fresh at Logan, but he may wonder how he can trust them.
Zende may acknowledge that Hope was underappreciated and driven out the door at Forrester.
That said, it wasn’t fair for Hope to just blindside Zende with her exit, especially when he was so ecstatic about being Hope for the Future’s lead designer.
Zende may want some clarity on his designer status if he’s even going to consider making this fashion house switch.
Since Deke Sharpe (Harrison Cone) has been taking the lead on Hope’s line, Zende may worry his ideas won’t be taken seriously.
Nevertheless, Hope and Katie will work to convince Zende that his input will be vital if he joins forces with them.
Even so, Zende might be tempted to push for a new line of his own if he’s actually going to betray his family and land at Logan.
At some point, Deke will interrupt and assume Zende’s agreed to become part of the Logan team.
Zende will make it clear that he hasn’t committed to anything yet and may need some time to mull this over.
That said, Hope and Katie will count on Zende locking in his role at the company.
Zende will have to make a firm decision sooner or later, so all signs point to him becoming an official Logan team player in the coming episodes.
Elsewhere, Will Spencer (Crew Morrow) will make Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) his confidant and perhaps get some advice on how to handle Katie’s stance regarding Dylan.
As for Carter, he’ll flip out when Steffy tries to backtrack on the surrogacy deception.
Carter told Daphne Rose Walton (Murielle Hilaire) that they “did it” and acted like their family dream was coming true now that the implantation has happened.
Of course, B&B fans know Steffy is already pregnant after connecting with Carter one disastrous night, so it’ll be hard to face Daphne’s questions and praise.
Once the pressure rises, Steffy will almost bail on the whole lie and will try to explain to Daphne that she did something terrible with Carter.
Although Steffy will contend that Daphne needs to hear this, Carter may jump in and try to steer her back on track.
In the end, Steffy may simply say that they shouldn’t have gone behind Daphne’s back for the embryo transfer.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers indicate that Carter and Steffy’s big news will make some waves with other characters soon, so don’t miss what’s in store.
