The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers hint that someone could have a health crisis in their future.
The show certainly doesn’t shy away from medical emergencies when it’s time to deliver gripping drama and score some chances at Daytime Emmys.
Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) was nearly killed off in a brain tumor storyline before B&B reversed course and turned the whole thing into a scam.
Eric Forrester (John McCook) has also had multiple medical crisis stories in recent years.
Now there are signs that another medical story could be in the works, so let’s talk about some clues that Ashley Jones (Bridget Forrester) offered up in a recent interview with Parade.
Since Jones recently made her debut as Heather Armstong on Beyond the Gates, it left fans with questions about her future on B&B.
Jones confirmed that Bridget will still be part of the action and hinted about some ways she could be used down the road.
“I’m super confident you’ll see Bridget before the end of the year,” Jones said. “Hopefully way before then.”
Jones acknowledged that since Bridget is the daughter of Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Eric Forrester (John McCook), she can always get involved in Forrester family problems.
Jones also sees the potential for Bridget to get tangled up in the Logan-Spencer rivalry that’s playing out.
However, Ashley Jones hinted about another storyline ahead on B&B that Bridget could easily fit into and suggested “we will see” how it goes.
If there’s another story coming up that’s separate from Forrester, Logan and Spencer messes, then there’s a good chance Jones is talking about a medical crisis.
Bridget is a doctor who’s been brought back for health-related storylines in the past, so that might be what she’s hinting at now.
That could mean someone’s going to get sick or injured somewhere down the line.
Since Ashley Jones is in talks with CBS daytime to work out the scheduling and has clearly been in touch with B&B Executive Producer and Head Writer Bradley Bell, she may know about some medical mayhem that’s happening in the coming months.
