The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz) will deliver some bad news to Katie Logan Spencer (Heather Tom) and leave her disappointed.
Zende will decide to remain at Forrester Creations despite Katie’s enticing proposal, so she’ll be bummed along with Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle), Deke Sharpe (Harrison Cone) and Will Spencer (Crew Morrow).
As the week of October 12-16 begins, Eric Forrester (John McCook) will keep up his efforts to get through to Zende.
Since Zende loves his granddad, he’ll want to believe Eric’s claims that he’s a crucial part of the company’s next chapter.
B&B spoilers say Zende will have some demands for Eric and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) to meet, but he’ll see the value in remaining among his Forrester relatives.
There’ll be a little hiccup when Zende learns Melissa Dylan (Sydney Bullock) is in danger of being fired, so he’ll dig his heels in on her staying, too.
Of course, it’s possible Dylan will tell Zende that’s OK and opt to leave if she’s not wanted, but Zende will at least try to push her continued employment there.
If Dylan does remain on the payroll, Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace) certainly isn’t going to like it!
Regardless of how things play out with Dylan, Zende will make the decision to stay at Forrester Creations, so he’ll have to inform Katie during a tough phone call.
Katie will put it on speakerphone with Hope, Deke and Will in the room with her.
The four of them will be hopeful about Zende giving them a yes, but he’ll admit he’s decided against coming to Logan.
Although Zende will acknowledge that the offer is flattering and that he’d like to work with them all, he’ll declare that he’s sticking with his family.
Zende will add that Eric has promised to back him fully and that he considers Zende integral to Forrester’s future.
Katie will understand that, but she’ll also push Zende to consider how many times he’s been told that only to be passed over.
Even so, Zende will apparently think things will be different this time and turn Katie down.
Will Katie keep trying to win Zende over with a bigger and better offer?
There’s a chance Katie might tempt Zende with a new line that’s totally his and allows him to shine.
However, it’s also possible Katie will have to pivot in another direction and hire someone else to help Deke instead.
Either way, The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say this won’t be the announcement that Katie was hoping for, so Zende’s phone call will leave her down in the dumps.
