Y&R fall preview spoilers indicate that some big surprises are coming up at Sally and Billy’s marriage ceremony.
Billy and Sally will certainly have an event to remember, so let’s look at three ways Sally’s baby birth could go wrong on their special day.
1) Sally goes into labor at the wedding festivities?
For starters, the timing of the birth itself could be rather inconvenient!
Since Sally has scheduled a wedding where she’ll be heavily pregnant, there’s a good chance she’ll go into labor at some point during the festivities.
Sally will likely experience some contractions once she has her bridal gown on and is in the process of tying the knot.
Even if the baby manages to wait until the reception to make his or her debut, Billy and Sally’s baby seems poised to arrive on their wedding day.
2) The birth happens without the safety of a hospital?
Naturally, that means the birth is going to happen under risky circumstances if things play out as expected.
Sally still struggles with the trauma of losing her baby girl and will be just as terrified if baby number two ends up in jeopardy.
Sally would no doubt feel more comfortable giving birth at the hospital in a more controlled environment, but things may not work out that way.
Babies are often born in unusual places on soaps, so Sally may have to live with her little one arriving somewhere other than Genoa City Memorial.
3) Adam delivers Sally’s baby?
Fall preview spoilers also point to Sally and Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) storylines remaining tangled up, so there may be some scenario where he’s forced to deliver the baby.
We could imagine Adam and Sally getting stuck together somewhere while Billy’s forced apart from his distressed bride.
Even if Adam doesn’t actually attend the nuptials, he always seems to be lurking around whenever Sally’s on-screen.
It’d be unbelievably soapy for Sally’s ex to deliver this baby, so stay tuned to see if Adam will indeed help out with that.
