For starters, Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) will soon be back on-screen and could be gearing up for some payback.
It won’t be surprising if Patty aligns herself with Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) for some escape drama and wreaks additional havoc on the Abbotts.
Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters) could face even more disasters thanks to Patty, so stay tuned for any dangerous situations.
2) Billy’s digging leads to a far worse secret getting exposed
Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) Chancellor fixation could come back to bite the Abbott family if Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) is right about there being more to the story of this buried loan.
Lily and Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) will work to uncover any other secrets that might be hidden and could find a far worse one!
If this is something that ultimately blows back on the Abbotts and tarnishes John Abbott’s (Jerry Douglas) legacy, Jack certainly isn’t going to be happy about that.
This could affect Jabot and the rest of Billy’s family members as well, so his obsession could potentially end in catastrophe.
3) Kyle and Victoria’s secret romance reignites a feud
Next, we should talk about the countdown to Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Victoria Newman’s (Amelia Heinle) exposure.
That exposure won’t happen right away, but Victoria and Kyle will definitely be playing with fire now that they’re acting on their burning desires.
This will inevitably set the stage for Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) fury, Claire Newman’s (Hayley Erin) pain and a whole lot more.
Kyle and Victoria may reignite the Abbott-Newman feud once their secret comes out, so that’s another nightmare to prepare for.
4) Traci’s love life developments provoke Martin
Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) took some time to heal after her split from Martin Laurent (Christopher Cousins), who had been posing as Alan Laurent (Christopher Cousins) throughout their entire relationship.
Although it was hard for Traci to speak with Martin on that prison video call, it was also cathartic.
Traci is open to finding love again and hopefully being with an honest man this time around.
Y&R viewers know Traci got that “silver fox” bartender’s phone number, so she could go on a date with him or anyone else the show puts in her path.
However, Martin may have multiple reasons to target Traci if he can somehow escape.
Since Traci didn’t keep her word about coming to visit Martin in person, that’s already a strike against her.
Plus, Martin won’t approve of Traci dating someone new, so it could provoke his wrath if he finds out.
