The Young and the Restless: Billy’s Emergency Flight to See Dying Jill, Misses Birth of Sally’s Baby?

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers hint that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) may make a difficult choice and end up missing the birth of his new child.

Will Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) bring their new baby into the world while Billy is on a plane to see deathly ill Jill Abbott (last played by Lauren Koslow)?

Y&R fans know Jill’s been living in London so that she can be near Snapper Foster (David Hasselhoff), who’s been closely monitoring her heart issues.

Since Jill had another setback that required more testing, she was advised not to travel while she awaited the results.

Unfortunately, those results won’t bring good news, so Snapper will decide it’s time to call Billy and Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn).

Snappy knows it’s Billy’s wedding day, so he wouldn’t be bothering him if it wasn’t serious.

Jill probably told Snapper not to make contact, but he may choose to reach out anyway.

Since Snapper will want to do a three-way call with Billy and Cane, he’ll have important information that they need right this second.

Snapper may admit he’s going against Jill’s wishes, but he might feel he has no choice.

Perhaps Snapper will insist that if he waits any longer, then Jill could die before Billy and Cane can say goodbye.

If that’s what this call is about, then Billy may face quite a dilemma.

Billy may have to decide whether he’ll leave pregnant Sally when she’s near her due date and fly to dying Jill’s bedside.

Jill may survive in the end, but Billy will have no way of knowing that beforehand. Billy will inevitably get emotional and worry he’s on the verge of losing his mom.

Since Billy and Jill aren’t on great terms, he might fear this could be his last chance to repair their relationship before she passes on.

Billy may fret over leaving Sally when she’s this close to giving birth, but she may insist he’ll regret it forever if he doesn’t go.

Besides, after Sally had that false alarm with Braxton-Hicks contractions, her doctor assured her that she was on track for her regular due date.

Sally may think Billy has time to fly to Jill and return home before the baby arrives.

However, soap babies almost always show up sooner than planned, so Sally will indeed go into labor during the week of October 19-23.

Once Billy’s plane is in the air, Sally may face real contractions and realize he’s going to miss their little one’s debut.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Billy and Sally’s wedding day will turn into a scary night that’s full of twists and turns, so stay tuned!
