The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) may need another path now that Holden Novak (Nathan Owens) is capturing Claire Newman’s (Hayley Erin) attention again.
Kyle spent a long time hoping he might be able to work things out with Claire eventually, but he seems to have fully accepted that their relationship is over now.
Of course, Kyle has been throwing himself into helping Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters) repair their marriage, so that’s been keeping him busy lately.
However, some Y&R fans suspect Kyle and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) might have a scandalous new story brewing.
On social media, there’s been speculation that Victoria and Kyle might have a sizzling fling in their future.
After all, Kyle and Victoria do consistently share a lot of scenes.
It seems like Kyle is always popping up wherever Victoria is, so they’re constantly having little encounters.
Even going back to New Year’s Eve, Victoria and Kyle had a little bonding session before ringing in the new year together.
There’s a bit more tension these days thanks to Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) latest drama, but a little strain can sometimes lead to passion.
Could that turn out to be the case for Kyle and Victoria?
Victoria and Nate Hastings’ (Sean Dominic) romance seems to have completely stalled, so many viewers are wondering if their reunion is over before it ever truly started back up.
If so, that could open the door to Victoria potentially hitting the sheets with someone else.
Could Kyle become the next person to land in Victoria’s bed?
There’s no denying that would bring the ick factor since Kyle’s last relationship was with Claire.
That said, Kyle certainly wouldn’t be the first guy to sizzle with both a mother and a daughter on soaps.
As for Victoria and Kyle’s age gap, that doesn’t seem to matter much since Y&R has paired up Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun) and Noah Newman (Lucas Adams). Kyle and Victoria could potentially get paired up, too.
That said, it’s also possible the fan speculation about Victoria and Kyle is just a way of wishing for more forbidden romances and juicy stories.
Victoria and Kyle haven’t done anything flirty at this point, but that hasn’t stopped viewers from wondering if they’re staying firmly in each other’s orbit for a reason.
Even if Kyle and Victoria just have a one-night stand, it’d be a shocking twist and could set the stage for Claire’s explosive reaction over the news.
