The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for Monday, January 26, indicates that Matt Clark’s (Roger Howarth) arrest will be revealed along with Sienna Bacall’s (Tamara Braun) annulment plan. Harrison Abbott (Redding Munsell) will also have a matchmaker plot, so let’s discuss all the drama ahead in Genoa City.
For starters, Harrison will make sure Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) get alarming messages.
Claire and Kyle will race to the Abbott house thinking that Harrison might be in some sort of trouble.
Harrison will confess it’s not a real emergency since he just needs some help with a project about favorite things.
Kyle and Claire will face Harrison’s questions as he works to prove they’re a great match for each other.
Claire and Kyle will eventually realize Harrison is playing Cupid, but they’ll make it clear that they’re just friends. That said, Kyle and Claire will seem a bit wistful as they wrap up their time with Harrison.
Claire will also get a text from Holden Novak (Nathan Owens) in hopes of meeting up, but she’ll fib to Kyle and Harrison that her mom needs to see her.
As for Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), she’ll fume when Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) chooses to confide in Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) while leaving his daughter out of his next scheme.
Victoria will grumble to Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott), who’ll be just as worried about what Victor’s planning and how it could escalate the situation with Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn).
In Victor’s office, he’ll tell Adam that according to Snapper Foster (last played by David Hasselhoff), Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) needs to avoid stress due to heart troubles.
That’s why Victor will have a backup plan that involves making Cane believe Lily Winters (Christel Khalil), Mattie Ashby (last played by Lexie Stevenson) and Charlie Ashby (Noah Alexander Gerry) are in harm’s way.
Although Victor would never truly put the three of them in a dangerous situation, he’ll suggest Cane doesn’t know that and may be willing to bargain if he thinks his family’s in trouble.
While Victor tasks Adam with finding Lily, Charlie and Mattie, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will head back to Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case) place following his second hospital visit.
On Monday’s Y&R episode, Sienna and Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) will come along with updates after speaking with Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc).
It’ll be revealed that Matt was arrested and that he’s being held without bail until his upcoming trial begins. Sharon will breathe a sigh of relief, but Nick will basically hint that Matt can never be underestimated.
Nevertheless, Noah will be feeling good about things now that Sienna’s getting Matt’s assets and has an easy annulment case since “Mitch Bacall” duped her.
Noah will also give Sharon and Nick the news that he owns The Shadow Room, but he’ll think maybe he’ll just let other people run it while he rebuilds his life in GC.
Although Noah will want Sienna to be part of that life, she’ll insist on going back to Los Angeles.
Noah will bicker with Sienna before deciding he’ll just go with her if she’s so adamant about this. That decision will leave Sharon and Nick looking unsettled.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Nick and Sharon will obviously be hoping that Noah changes his mind, so stay tuned.
