The Young and the Restless (Y&R) recap for Monday, October 26, reveals that Sally Spectra-Abbott (Courtney Hope) will struggle with all her emotions.
Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will also catch Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) off guard in London, so here’s what Y&R fans can look forward to.
At Society, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will give Devon Winters (Bryton James) and Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) the good news about her cancer results being negative.
There’ll also be some talk about Jill Abbott’s (last played by Lauren Koslow) heart attack and Cane Ashby’s (Billy Flynn) trip to see her in London.
Since Cane is going to be in Lily’s life regardless, she’ll push Devon to give him a chance.
Devon will seem willing to ease up on Cane and try for Lily’s sake, but he’ll need time to come around.
As for Nate, Lily will officially fire him since his hand is healing and he needs to get back to medicine.
Nate will cave in, though he’ll clarify that it’ll still be a while before he can get in the operating room again.
At Sally’s place, Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) will hold Ruby Spectra-Abbott and gush over how well Sally’s handling motherhood.
Sally will burst into tears since she’ll actually be overwhelmed and terrified of failing.
After what happened with Baby Ava, Sally will know that she’s obsessing over Ruby and making sure she’s still breathing.
Audra will push Sally to relax a little and accept help, especially now that “Auntie Audra” is there.
At her London apartment, Victoria will reassure Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) about the deal she’s in town to handle.
There’ll be some texts exchanged with Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), who’ll be stuck in traffic after his plane lands.
When someone arrives at the door, Victoria will assume it’s Kyle. However, Victoria will see Billy in the peephole instead and stay quiet so that he’ll go away.
Victoria will also write a message urging Kyle to text before he comes up, but she’ll forget to send it.
That’ll bring a close call since Kyle will arrive right after Billy leaves, but they won’t see each other.
Victoria will mention Billy showing up there since it’s where they used to stay with the kids.
After Kyle and Victoria decide to let this close call add to the excitement, they’ll enjoy some food and private time together.
Victoria will later admit she’s wary of going out in public considering the Billy situation, but she’ll eventually decide maybe they can still make the most of this trip.
It’ll be decided that Victoria should seek Billy out preemptively and avoid him showing up unexpectedly again.
At a London pub, Billy and Cane will talk about Jill surviving her surgery, but she’ll be weak.
After Cane suggests maybe Jill will feel better when she can criticize him again, Cane will call Billy out for making this about him.
After some bickering, Cane will admit he’s happy for Billy now that he’s married with a new baby.
Cane will feel certain that Jill’s going to have good things to say to Billy as well once she’s recovered enough.
Back at the apartment, Victoria will leave Kyle inside with the romantic setup and shut the door so she can dash off to find Billy.
That’s when Billy will show back up in the hallway and assume he’s arrived just in time to catch Victoria before she heads out.
