The Young and the Restless Next 2 Weeks: Dangerous Obsessions, Spilled Secrets and Life-Changing Decisions

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the next two weeks, June 22 to July 3, reveal that viewers will see some troubling fixations along with some major revelations and some choices that’ll bring challenges.

During the week of June 22-26, Dr. Nowling (Doug Tompos) will drop a shocker on Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) when he reveals that there’s a mass in her brain causing her latest issues.

Nikki will reel as she realizes she could go blind if the mass continues growing on her optic nerve.

Surgical removal could result in blindness as well, so Nikki will have a hard time dealing with Dr. Nowling’s assessment.

Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) may struggle over Nikki’s news as well since some temptation is on the way.

Y&R spoilers suggest Nick will consider numbing his pain with fentanyl soon enough.

Although Nikki will do her best to keep Victor from finding out about her diagnosis, she may stumble over a headache and vision loss in front of him.

Nikki will apparently have another episode and leave Victor concerned when he witnesses her decline for himself.

Victor will eventually discover the heartbreaking details of what Nikki’s going through, so he’ll no doubt have sympathy for her.

Over with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), Dr. Laurence Markham (Jere Burns) won’t be helpful when it comes to providing information about Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters).

However, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will get a heads-up on Dr. Markham coming to the Abbott mansion, so he’ll follow the doc home.

Once Kyle learns where Dr. Markham lives, he’ll take that info back to Jack as they mull over their next move.

It looks like Jack will eventually set a trap to keep Dr. Markham away from the house for a while.

That could give Jack an opportunity to break in the premises – though the loud pack of apparent guard dogs outside could present a problem to conquer.

Across town, Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) will surprise Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) by asking her on a date.

Phyllis will also push for peace during an interaction between Matt and Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) at The Shadow Room, but Noah will still try to get under Matt’s skin.

June 25 will bring Jill Abbott (last played by Jess Walton) back to Genoa City, but she’ll have a new face temporarily. Lauren Koslow will put her own spin on Jill as she begins her five-episode stint.

Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will catch up with Jill while Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) keeps a lid on Nikki’s medical woes and eventually hears a new pitch.

Dr. Stephanie Simmons (Vivica A. Fox) will be working on a special project that she thinks Nate would be uniquely suited to help with.

That could once again leave Nate contemplating a return to medicine during the week of June 29-July 3.

Meanwhile, Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) will remain suspicious of Matt, who’ll have his work cut out for him if he hopes to gain Cane’s trust and pull off the spy games that Victor wants.

Cane and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will also grow closer in their romance, but they’ll have to stand together against some threats to Chancellor – including one from Billy.

Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) won’t be happy when she realizes Billy is back to fixating on Chancellor instead of focusing on their wedding and baby on the way.

As for Nikki, she’ll have a follow-up appointment to discuss what’s next and may decide to schedule the risky surgery that Dr. Nowling recommends.

Despite Victor’s efforts to be there for Nikki, she may keep her walls up and push him away.

Finally, Jack and Kyle’s plot could lead to big trouble with obsessed Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) if they’re not careful.

Patty could go off the rails once she’s duped, but all Jack will care about is getting Diane out of Dr. Markham’s grasp before it’s too late.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say the next two weeks will bring some surprises, so stick with the CBS soap.
