The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the next two weeks, April 20 to May 1, reveal that some big storylines will bring shocking news, heated showdowns and more, so here’s what Y&R fans can expect.
During the week of April 20-24, a second pregnancy test will confirm Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) bun in the oven as she tries to figure out what’s next with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson).
Devon Winters (Bryton James) and Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will also find out about Holden Novak’s (Nathan Owens) half-brother connection to Lily Winters (Christel Khalil), who’ll be distraught when the twins aren’t a bone marrow donor match for Malcolm Winters (Shemar Moore).
While Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian) helps Christine Blair Romalotti (Lauralee Bell) mull over a tricky choice, Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) will tell Lauren Fenmore Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) about Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) next plot.
Victor will intend on derailing Phyllis Summers’ (Michelle Stafford) plans at Summers Conglomerate, so Michael will give Lauren the news since she’s working there as well.
While Victor follows up on a threat, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will move forward with a Phyllis investigation and try to score some leverage.
Victor will eventually present an offer that Phyllis can’t pass up, so will that lead to an official deal or will it fall through?
As for Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters), she’ll stumble upon Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) looking way too close for comfort.
While Diane lashes out, Holden will introduce Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) to his mother.
Dr. Stephanie Simmons (Vivica A. Fox) will be delighted to meet Claire and may suggest that Holden would be better off spending all his time with her instead of Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver).
Next, Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) will pump Lily and Stephanie for information, so he may find out about Malcolm’s aplastic anemia and the fact that there’s no bone marrow donor match.
Cane’s going to do something huge to help Lily, so he may use personal resources and connections to help with a donor search.
However, it could be Cane himself who proves to be Malcolm’s match if Y&R chooses to be extra soapy!
At some point, Phyllis will cross paths with Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) for a fierce faceoff, so that’ll bring a chance for some soapiness, too.
In Vegas, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will drive while under the influence of drugs with a nervous Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) in the passenger seat.
Adam will ultimately push Riza Thomson (Tina Casciani) for more info while Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) walk into Matt Clark’s (Roger Howarth) trap.
Noah and Sharon might end up locked inside an abandoned gas station as the week of April 27-May 1 gets underway.
Matt’s going to wreak havoc and may plan to set off an explosion there.
While danger erupts in Vegas, Jack may find himself with a bigger hole to climb out of.
Diane will be even angrier with Jack following his scandalous situation with Nikki, so he may panic if she considers divorce.
As for Lily, she may find herself unbelievably grateful if Cane is the one who can save Malcolm’s life.
Cane might be the donor match that Malcolm needs, so stay tuned to see if Y&R will use that to reunite with Lily.
