The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the next two weeks, September 21 to October 2, reveal that some Genoa City residents will hide buried truths while others do some plotting.
There’ll be some crucial decisions made in the coming episodes, so here’s what Y&R fans can expect.
During the week of September 21-25, Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will get on board with becoming Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) bridesmaid proposal, but Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) certainly isn’t going to approve.
Audra will try to convince Sally that she’s making a huge mistake, especially since it could open the door to Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) showing up at the wedding and causing drama.
Over with Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and Stephanie Simmons (Vivica A. Fox), they’ll join each other for a meal at the GCAC and discuss what kind of label they want to put on their relationship.
At the tack house, Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) will find out some news that leaves her unsettled.
Aunt Jordan (Colleen Zenk) will manage to cause problems for Claire from beyond the grave, so Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will try to help her fix some Jordan-related crisis.
As for Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn), he’ll step up to help Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) in some way.
This might involve Cane’s attempt to patch things up between Billy and Jill Abbott (last played by Lauren Koslow) ahead of the wedding.
Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) will also seek Billy out for an important discussion at his house.
We’ll see if Billy’s mommy issues perhaps become part of that conversation as well.
Although Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) really thought Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) was leaving town this time, it appears he’ll reverse that decision and want to stay with her in Genoa City.
Phyllis may be tired of getting yanked around at this point and warn that Matt needs to make a real commitment to her.
Matt can’t keep changing his mind and messing with Phyllis’ emotions like this.
Phyllis may end up grabbing another drink at The Shadow Room, where Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei) works now.
Daniel will try being a little nicer to Phyllis in the coming episodes.
As for Sharon Newman (Sharon Case), she’ll support Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) as he wrestles with an important choice.
Sharon will do whatever she can to be there for Nick as he tries to stay on the right path with his recovery.
Unfortunately, the week of September 28-October 2 may bring more struggles for Nick.
We know Nick’s old dealer will pop back up and cause drama, so Nick’s going to get in a physical fight with him soon that could end in disaster.
Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will also return from her trip to Chicago and face Cane’s questions about what she’s been up to.
Since Lily has been so cagey about all this, it can only spell trouble!
Lily indeed has some sort of secret that could upend her relationship with Cane and affect their future together.
Although Lily may try to hide that secret as long as she can, the truth is sure to explode sooner or later.
Finally, Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) may threaten to unleash more chaos after Matt abandons their plan to leave town together.
Will Patty scheme and decide to turn Billy’s wedding to Sally upside down?
