The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers hint that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) may struggle with some jealousy over Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) and his ex, Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun).
Matt will do his best to make peace with Sienna, so that could lead to trouble and potentially give Phyllis a reason to worry.
During the week of July 27-31, Y&R spoilers say Phyllis will team up with Matt on an important challenge.
Matt still has an ankle monitor that helps Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) track his every move, so Phyllis will join forces with him to remove it.
Once that plan is successful, Phyllis will want to celebrate Matt’s freedom and may ask what he’s going to do with it.
Matt may confess that although part of him still thinks he should leave Genoa City, another part of him can’t walk away from Phyllis and their spark.
Whatever the case, Phyllis and Matt will apparently crack open a bottle of bubbly since they’re about to share a toast.
Matt and Phyllis will drink to their future, so it sounds like he’ll agree they should give their romance a real shot.
That means Matt is sticking around, so he’ll want to clear the air with Sienna a little later.
Matt really does feel terrible about hurting Sienna in the past, so he’ll seek her out and make another attempt to fix things.
Of course, Matt knows he could never undo the damage he caused or the horrible crimes he committed, but he’ll at least want to apologize again.
Sienna will get a sweet speech from Matt as he tries to push for peace between them.
Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) will never trust Matt and certainly doesn’t want him anywhere near Sienna.
However, Matt may go behind Noah’s back to see Sienna and try making amends.
As for Phyllis, she may fear that Matt still has feelings for Sienna and that he could perhaps grow closer to her once more.
Will Phyllis witness a moment of reconnection that leaves her uneasy?
Phyllis and Sienna could potentially have a rivalry ahead if Phyllis’ jealousy erupts over Matt and his former flame.
