1) Diane’s over-the-top attack on Nikki brings blowup with Jack?
For starters, Diane’s conflict with Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) is bound to end in disaster.
It’s clear that Diane can’t handle the competition, which goes for both their business battle and their feud over Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman).
Nikki may not want Jack romantically, but their bond still makes Diane feel threatened.
The same goes for Vibrante since Diane is quite protective of Jabot, especially since Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) could make a mess of things.
There’s a good chance Diane’s going to launch an attack on Nikki that goes too far and brings a major blowup with Jack.
That may deliver some explosive scenes and could put Diane’s marriage to Jack at risk again.
2) Diane loses it over Kyle and Victoria’s secret?
Of course, Diane may have a fierce outburst of her own after she finds out what Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) have been hiding.
We can’t forget that Victoria is Nikki’s daughter, so Diane will be appalled at the thought of Kyle crossing any lines with her.
Diane is sure to lose it over Victoria and Kyle’s connection at some point, so that could lead to her ranting at her son and going after Victoria in a big way.
3) Diane provokes Victor’s revenge?
Diane may make herself a revenge target in more ways than one if she’s not careful.
Between whatever wrath Diane might unleash on Nikki and perhaps Victoria too, Victor will have some good reasons to retaliate down the line.
It may be Diane who faces Victor’s fury in the end, so Y&R fans won’t want to miss any horrifying news to come.
