The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Friday, October 29, reveal that a new couple will decide to get a little more public about their romance.
Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will also team up, so it sounds like some plotting will be going on.
At Society, Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and Stephanie Simmons (Vivica A. Fox) will join Devon Winters (Bryton James), Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and Abby Winters (Melissa Ordway) at a table.
It’ll be a chance for all of them to catch up and discuss some big plans.
Lily recently gave Nate the boot from Winters, so Stephanie may be pleased over her supporting his return to medicine.
Nate is loyal to his family and doesn’t want to leave Lily hanging, but she’s assured him that the hospital is where he needs to be.
Stephanie will agree and may indulge in a bit of PDA with Nate at some point.
The news of Nate and Stephanie’s relationship has already been spreading a bit, Y&R spoilers say they’ll make their public debut official on Friday’s show.
Of course, fans have been divided on whether Stephanie and Nate make a good match.
Some viewers think Nate and Stephanie should pursue their spark, but others feel like these two are mismatched and doomed to break up eventually.
Regardless, Stephanie and Nate are ready explore their feelings for each other, so stay tuned to see how long they can make their potential love story last.
In the meantime, let’s talk about Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) fixation with Sally Spectra-Abbott (Courtney Hope) and Ruby Spectra-Abbott.
Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) won’t want to see Adam derail his future with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) over all this, so he’ll deliver a warning to his brother.
Adam may deny being obsessed with Sally and her newborn, but Nick will have a different opinion and push him to put his attention back on Chelsea as well as Connor Newman (Judah Mackey).
Connor may be out of town at boarding school, but Nick will still feel like Adam’s family with Chelsea has to be the priority.
As for Sharon and Phyllis, they’ll once again be in frenemy territory on Friday’s episode.
Phyllis and Sharon don’t always get along, but they’ve at least tried to build a friendship after going through that traumatic ordeal with Martin Laurent (Christopher Cousins) together.
After Nick only offers vague explanations about the Matt situation, Sharon and Phyllis will apparently discuss Matt privately and find common ground.
Phyllis obviously cares about Matt and may be surprised by how much Sharon seems to care now too, at least when it comes to getting him the help he needs.
Whether Matt’s actually in an out-of-state clinic or somewhere more disturbing, Sharon and Phyllis may scheme to override Nick and try to uncover the details.
