The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) will do what she does best and unleash more mayhem.
Patty will somehow get out of the maximum-security psychiatric ward that she’s been locked up in, so this can only lead to trouble.
During the week of September 7-11, Y&R spoilers say Patty will throw Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) for a loop when she arrives at the Riverbank Motel.
Since Patty was in a cell the last time they talked, Matt will push for answers about how this reunion is happening.
Patty will quip that she’d have to kill Matt if she told him that.
It looks like Patty will want to concentrate on her next move instead of letting Matt grill her about the ones she’s already made.
Patty had a lot of time to daydream about her revenge on the Abbotts during her stint locked up.
Since Patty recently told Matt that they can’t change who they are at their core, she’ll indeed have more sinister goals in mind.
Patty will inevitably target Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters) and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) once she’s free again.
Jack and Diane are going to be furious when they realize Patty is back to wreak more havoc.
Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will also have a reason to fume if Patty threatens to come between his parents once more.
Even Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) could play a big role in standing against Patty, especially if she gets too close to pregnant Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope).
There’s also Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland), who admitted she repeatedly dreams of nearly strangling Patty for her role in Colleen Abbott’s (Tammin Sursok) demise.
In other words, if Patty ultimately turns up dead, there’ll be a long list of Abbott suspects.
It’s easy to imagine Patty’s body appearing somewhere as the show leaves fans wondering who actually ended her life.
Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) also loathes Patty for nearly killing Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) when she was younger.
The fact that Patty’s trying to convince Matt that he’s still a monster has given Phyllis another reason to lash out.
Even Matt himself could be a suspect if this turns into a murder mystery storyline.
Matt might face accusations whether he’s to blame or not.
What’s the point of making Patty a fugitive if there isn’t some dramatic climax?
Patty could potentially flee Genoa City or get locked back up, but a fatal outcome is certainly a more dramatic possibility.
