The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) could find herself on the hot seat soon enough.
After questions swirl about Diane Jenkins Abbott’s (Susan Walters) whereabouts, Patty just might get accused of abduction!
In Y&R’s May 22 episode, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) received a disturbing delivery.
Patty had some flowers sent to the Abbott mansion along with a rather mysterious message.
The card suggested that Patty was going to keep her distance until Jack reached out, but she hoped he had a reason to get in touch with her soon.
Patty may have been referring to the alliance Jack pitched against Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), but it’s easy to see how
Jack might jump to the wrong conclusion. What if Jack ultimately suspects Patty did something to Diane as part of some twisted game?
Jack has already been worried about this just being a lull until Patty comes up with her next diabolical scheme.
Jack might get the wrong idea from that card and assume Patty’s been waiting on him to figure out Diane’s missing.
During the week of May 25-29, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will indeed express some fears about Diane not coming into the office for two days and not sleeping in her bed.
It’ll leave Kyle sensing that something isn’t right, so he might point the finger at Patty.
Jack may latch onto the idea as well and worry that he gave Patty some sort of hope during their last conversation.
It could lead to Jack thinking that Patty might’ve kidnapped Diane or worse!
Jack might suspect Patty made a bold move against Diane and become determined to save her before it’s too late.
Perhaps Jack could corner Patty and throw some abduction accusations at her soon enough.
Of course, it’s entirely possible that Diane is off somewhere avoiding Jack because of his failure to respond to her voicemail.
Diane may think Jack doesn’t want a reunion since he never got back to her after she left a message about trying again.
In reality, Jack apparently never got that voicemail.
Regardless, Jack might accuse Patty of kidnapping Diane and demand that she return his wife, but will Patty be innocent in the end?
