The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the next two weeks, October 5 to October 16, reveal that some wedding mayhem is on the way, so there should be some chaotic moments involving Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope), Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk), Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) and more.
During the week of October 5-9, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will lock in the purchase of the athletic club and the office building across from Newman Enterprises, but it’ll require a ton of loans.
That’ll concern Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei) and even Summer Newman (last played by Allison Lanier), who’ll surprise Phyllis when she’s willing to talk on the phone.
As for Patty, she won’t react well to the news that Matt wants her to surrender herself to the cops.
Patty will reach over and take control of the steering wheel so that she can drive them off the road.
The accident that follows will give Patty a chance to make a run for it.
Patty might find her way back to Genoa City since there have been fears that she might crash Sally and Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) nuptials.
Matt will have to figure out what to do about this Patty situation, so he might head back to GC as well and launch a heroic effort to stop her from causing more harm.
As for Lily Winters (Christel Khalil), she’ll come clean to Devon Winters (Bryton James) about her cancer scare, but she’ll keep Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) in the dark.
Y&R spoilers say Cane will sense that something’s wrong and push Lily to tell him, but she’ll ask him to trust her until the time is right.
While Lily’s waiting on test results, Cane will once again pressure her to confess what’s really going on.
Will Lily finally break down and confess that her cancer could be back?
Over with Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver), she’ll order Billy and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) to get along or else they’ll have to deal with her wrath on Sally’s big day.
At Billy’s bachelor party, it looks like he’ll call a truce with Cane, who’ll be attending along with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc).
Sally’s bachelorette party will also bring a new debut since Ashley Campbell will make her first appearance in the role of Coco Spectra.
Coco will happily reunite with her sister and give Sally some support when disaster strikes.
Billy and Sally’s romance will be put to the test as they prepare for the marriage ceremony, so that could involve yet another confrontation about Adam.
Once the week of October 12-16 gets underway, the wedding will bring more surprises.
Shirley Spectra (Patrika Darbo) will be one proud grandma as Sally hopes to seal the deal with Billy and live happily ever after.
However, Sally seems poised to go into early labor, so that could be the result of Patty showing up and going off the rails.
Will Matt play rescuer once Patty potentially derails the celebration.
Regardless, Adam may end up in a tight spot with Sally if she needs him to deliver her baby.
That could bring a close moment for the exes and will hopefully result in this little one’s safe arrival.
There’ll also be more developments regarding the police investigation into Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and his last showdown with Joe (Chris Grant Wenchell).
Is Joe the drug dealer dead, killed by Nick, or is he in a hospital somewhere?
Is this all building to Nick’s arrest or will Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) manage to prevent that?
