The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that multiple traps will be set for Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) during the week of September 14-18, but will any of them truly work?
There’s more Patty chaos to come, so let’s talk about the story developments that are on the way.
For starters, Jack Abbott’s (Peter Bergman) phony heart attack will land him at the hospital, where Detective Burrow (Matt Cohen) will be waiting with backup to arrest Patty if she takes the bait.
After Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) helps spread the news of Jack’s hospitalization through Newman Media, Patty will indeed be tempted to head over there.
However, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will launch a trap of her own with Matt Clark’s (Roger Howarth) help.
Since Matt and Phyllis are town pariahs, she’ll hope to change the narrative by luring Patty into a situation where she’s captured.
Of course, there’s no guarantee that Patty will get ensnared in one of the traps that’s been set for her.
Patty may eventually realize Matt’s plotting an ambush with Phyllis and make a break for it.
There are things that could go wrong with Jack’s plot as well, so it’s possible Patty will go back to her original idea and flee the country.
Since Patty will send Jack and Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters) a creepy message on September 17, she might call to say she’s leaving town as planned before insisting this isn’t over.
Patty may warn that after the stunt Diane and Jack tried to pull, she’ll get revenge someday.
Even if Patty faces another arrest, she’s sneaky enough to potentially break free again during her psychiatric prison transport.
Patty is just one of those characters who can’t be tamed for very long!
Whatever the case, Patty will indeed send a message to Jack and Diane that leaves them on edge.
Patty might get an ominous “I’ll be back” sort of exit and disappear until Y&R’s ready to let her return for another wild storyline.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Diane and Jack may have to just live with a little anxiety in the meantime, so stay tuned for any alarming bells to come.
