For starters, Billy and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will call a truce.
Nikki was awfully harsh during her last run-in with Billy at Crimson Lights, so she may apologize for letting things get too heated.
Since the Abbotts have committed to a Patty trap involving Jack Abbott’s (Peter Bergman) hospitalization, Billy may come clean to Nikki so that she won’t worry about Jack’s health.
Nikki may appreciate that and establish some peace with Billy, but his Chancellor obsession could lead to more problems sooner or later.
Next, we should discuss Matt since he’s on the verge of carrying out a dangerous plot.
Following a discussion with Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) about a Patty-related redemption scheme, Matt will work hard to trick Patty and send her back to a psychiatric prison.
Will Patty return to the Riverbank Motel after Matt’s request over the phone?
Regardless, Matt and Phyllis’ setup for Patty won’t go according to plan!
On another note, Cane may get a little too pushy when it comes to his next chapter with Lily.
Y&R fans know Cane and Lily’s reunion has been going beautifully, but Cane will press his luck by forcing Lily into a conversation about what’s ahead.
Cane will have the future on his mind and might wonder whether Lily would consider marrying him again.
Lily may feel like Cane is rushing this a bit if he starts talking remarriage, but he’ll just be excited about getting things back on track.
Cane won’t want to do anything to undo the progress he’s made with the twins, but he may argue that they can handle this delicately if they decide wedding bells are what they both want.
Whatever the case, Lily may pump the brakes on Cane for now and insist they should just live in the moment.
