The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Genoa City will experience some shakeups this August, so we’ve got a preview of what’s in store.
Here’s a look at the storylines that’ll take center stage in the coming weeks.
After Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) and Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun) head back to Los Angeles together, Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian) will take over as The Shadow Room’s manager.
Danny will also come up with a love song that’ll warm Christine Blair Romalotti’s (Lauralee Bell) heart and offer a good reminder of why she married him.
As Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) transitions to life in the outside world again, she’ll interact with Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) and may find herself relating to him a bit.
Devon Winters (Bryton James) and Abby Winters (Melissa Ordway) will have a chance to react to Mariah’s release, but they’ll also need to fix the lack of communication in their marriage.
Abby has been frustrated since Devon has been pushing her away, but it looks like he’ll finally make an effort to let her in.
Over with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn), they’ll navigate working together while having a personal relationship.
Cane and Lily will have to deal with Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) fixation on whatever secret is hidden in Chancellor as well.
Meanwhile, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will express some heartfelt vows to each other as they put their wedding rings back on.
In the aftermath, Nikki and Victor may enjoy a trip to Venice, but they’ll leave behind some chaos.
Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) seems poised to spin out after leaving rehab too soon, but could a new character named Marie Kirkland (Jade Harlow) help him on his recovery journey?
Marie will be on some sort of journey of her own since she’ll show up in Genoa City with a fresh start on her mind.
Speaking of fresh starts, will Matt get the one he’s craving with Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) or will Victor hinder his plans?
Victor won’t be pleased over Matt changing the terms of their agreement, so retaliation could be brewing.
Despite Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Diane Jenkins Abbott’s (Susan Walters) decision to put any Victor revenge on hold, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will still want payback.
Kyle will also grow closer to Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), who’ll lean in for an almost kiss with him in the weeks ahead.
Victoria and Kyle definitely have some hot temptation coming up!
