The Young and the Restless (Y&R) recap for Wednesday, October 28, reveals that Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) will let her manipulative side come out to play against Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver).
Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will also push for answers after he finds Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) somewhere he isn’t supposed to be.
At Victoria Newman’s (Amelia Heinle) London apartment on Wednesday’s Y&R episode, Kyle will be restless and unable to sleep.
Victoria won’t want to go out, so Kyle will decide to head to the pub alone and try to wind down.
Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) will be taken aback when he bumps into Kyle, who’ll claim he stopped in London to see a friend on the way to Paris.
After Cane and Kyle discuss Jill Abbott (last played by Lauren Koslow), Billy will arrive at the pub next and get a shock.
Since Kyle was supposed to be headed straight to Paris, Billy will push for answers about why Kyle’s in London.
In Genoa City, Sally Spectra-Abbott (Courtney Hope) will take Ruby Spectra-Abbott for her first trip to the Abbott house, where Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), Diane Jenkins-Abbott (Susan Walters) and Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) will all gush over the baby.
During dinner together, the Abbotts will talk about Billy’s fractured relationship with Jill and what the future holds, but Diane will ultimately try to keep things optimistic.
At the GCAC, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will gloat about her plans to create bigger and better properties than the Newmans.
Phyllis will make it clear to Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) that she’s going to be a huge success story.
Nick won’t see why Phyllis has to come after Newman Enterprises to make that happen and will worry about her setting herself up to fail.
Victor will also talk about playing to win, but Phyllis will think she does the same.
After Victor steps away for a phone call, Nick will mention Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) and ultimately spill the story of how he checked himself in a mental health clinic.
Phyllis will want to visit Matt, but Nick will insist he doesn’t want to see her or anyone else.
Nick will push Phyllis to focus on her company and other relationships right as Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei) shows up with concerns.
Phyllis will rant about people always wanting her to stay in her lane and will look forward to destroying the Newmans.
At the ranch, Victor will voice concerns about Nick wanting to look out for Phyllis.
Victor will just hope that Nick won’t wake up one day realizing Phyllis has done something even he can’t forgive.
At Society, Audra will take jabs at Claire for driving Holden Novak (last played by Nathan Owens) out of town.
Although Audra will act like they’ve broken up, Claire will contend that Holden is just spending time with Malcolm Winters (Shemar Moore).
Audra will continue to push Claire’s buttons, so Claire will finally admit she’s figured out Audra’s Los Angeles secret.
Audra will get rattled and eventually think it sounds like “crazy Claire is back,” so she’ll suggest Claire might land in the mental hospital again.
Claire will point out that comments like that make her want to ruin Audra’s life, so Audra will ask what she’s after.
That’ll lead to Claire admitting there’s a price for her silence.
Once Claire pushes for an understanding, she’ll warn Audra to leave her alone or else she could expose the truth and change everything for her in the worst way possible.
