The Young and the Restless (Y&R) preview video for the week of November 2-6 reveals that Abby Winters (Melissa Ordway) will realize she might be pregnant.
Y&R fans will also meet a new character named Dr. Andrew Bishop when Fareed Ward makes his first appearance.
The weekly promo kicks off with Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn), who’ll be back in town when he spots Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) at Crimson Lights with Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters).
Cane will comment on the fact that he didn’t realize Diane and Lily were coffee pals, so Lily will note that this is definitely a first.
Diane will admit she asked Lily to meet with her because she wants her to consider a “once-in-a-lifetime proposition.”
Since Diane will really be hyping up this offer, it’s easy to see why Lily will be curious and eager to hear her out.
Whatever Diane proposes will likely involve a way to tear down Vibrante and crush Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) in the process.
At Society, Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will talk to Abby about why she’s not into the idea of getting pregnant again and giving Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) another child of his own.
Chelsea will point out that she’s the one who’d be dealing with all the insomnia, indigestion and nausea.
That’ll click something into place for Abby, who’s apparently been struggling with all those symptoms herself.
Abby will exclaim over the possibility that she could be pregnant, so this will be quite the curveball.
Viewers may recall that due to Abby’s scar tissue from a previous miscarriage, she couldn’t carry Dominic Winters (Ethan Ray Clark) herself and needed Mariah Copeland’s (Camryn Grimes) help with that.
Of course, that was years ago, so maybe things have improved for Abby.
It’s also possible this is a fake-out that’ll leave Abby disappointed if she realizes she’s not pregnant with Devon Winters’ (Bryton James) baby after all.
Either way, Abby will reel over this potential pregnancy and may want to take a home test or even get one done at the hospital.
Speaking of the hospital, the weekly preview video shows Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) back at work and sharing a cozy moment with Stephanie Simmons (Vivica A. Fox) when Dr. Andrew Bishop (Fareed Ward) appears.
Dr. Bishop will admit he heard rumblings about Nate being back and will suggest it looks like he’s wasted no time settling in.
It seems Dr. Bishop might be an old rival of Nate’s, so their beef may reignite following Nate’s return to Memorial.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Nate will face some challenges on the job, so stay tuned for any bad news that’s brewing.
CDL will have other hot Young and the Restless spoilers and news to read up on, so make us your one-stop Y&R source.
