Tonight’s episode of 19 Kids And Counting kicks off with Michelle and Jim Bob receiving the blood work from their high-risk pregnancy doctor, and according to the tests the odds of Michelle getting pregnant again are slim to none.

The Duggar family is preparing for Derick, the boy that Jill is courting, to return home from Nepal. Jill and her sisters and brothers are making posters and blowing up balloons so that they can meet him at the airport when he arrives. This will be the first time all of Jill’s siblings have actually met Derick in person (they have just video chatted with him).

Jill gets news that Derick and his Mom are about to arrive at the airport, and all of the Duggars pile into their cars and head to the airport to greet them. They all get lined up with their posters and Derick finally arrives, Jill rushes into his arms. All of the Duggars are shocked that Jill and Derick didn’t side hug. Michelle is sure that it was because they were so excited to see each other, and sheis confident that it won’t happen again.

Joy Anna realizes she is in way over her head trying to teach all of the little kids a song to sing at the dinner theater for their parents. She calls Cousin Amy over to help her since she is great with kids and knows how to sing. Amy tries to help as much as she can, but at the end of the day she knows the kids are going to be kids and jump around and act silly when they are supposed to perform. She is sure Michelle and Jim Bob will love it though.

The Duggars now have two daughters courting, Jessa and Jill. Michelle plans a special triple date dinner with herself, Jim Bob, Jessa, Ben, Jill, and Derick. Ben and Derick arrive and the girls introduce them to each other. They head out on their date, and Michelle takes them to a dinner to get a private etiquette lesson.

The next day Michelle and Jim Bob head out for the day and the Duggar kids begin scrambling to set up their dinner theater. Jessa and a few of her sisters head in to the kitchen to start preparing the food for the night. Meanwhile their boyfriends Ben and Derick come over to help and build the set for the dinner theater. They joke that they are racing to see which one of them gets married to one of the Duggar sisters first.

They manage to build the stage, set up the tables, and prepare all of the food before their parents arrive. When Michelle and Jim Bob arrive they are shocked to see that their house has been transformed into a theater. They show Michelle and Jim Bob to their seats in front of the stage. They pull the curtains and serve their food, and Jill and Joy Anna take the stage first and lay their harps. Next the boys put on a skit about giving to a needy family. They bring Jim Bob to tears over how sweet they are. Next the five youngest Duggar children sing “Jesus Loves Me” for their parents.

After the performance Michelle and Jim Bob are in awe over their children and how much time and effort they put in to their dinner theater.
