No one was expecting to run into their exes so soon. They figured they would have enough time between their experience on the Real World and when they’d be forced to return to real life. But for the most part everyone was on their best behavior. Even Cory was happy to see Lauren and he thinks she’s a total psycho. He quickly changed his mind though after he learned she was to be his new roommate. Particularly, out of all the rooms she could have chosen she just had to go with his.

Quickly the atmosphere changed when the housemates learned about their new roommates. The only one now excited is Arielle. And that’s only because she was looking forward to getting back together with Ashley. Meanwhile Jay hasn’t even officially broken up with Jenna yet that doesn’t mean he wants to live with her. His only grace is that she hasn’t picked up on his reluctance.

Probably the person that freaked out the most is Jamie. She was scared her ex-boyfriend was going to be the next person to arrive on their doorstep. She became so worried that she started to call people back up. She needed to make sure he wasn’t planning to come out to “see” her. But she worried herself for nothing. Connor is going to stay put. What Jamie should be worried about is Thomas. He saw how she reacted and is now curios whether she still has feelings for her ex.

Hailey was his first love. That’s girl that took his virginity and he was getting worked up as much as Jamie. So he came right out and asked her. Why doesn’t she want her ex to be there? She tried to explain that she didn’t want the drama. Jamie knows that her ex would try to get in-between her and Thomas. Thomas on the other hand refuses to be moved. He feels his girlfriend might be hung up on Connor and the only way to prove him to otherwise would be if he actually met the other man.

Well, Jamie doesn’t like having Hailey around. Not that she said anything out loud but Jenny reassured her all the same. She figured Jamie won’t end up in a similar position that she’s currently in with Cory and Brian. Brian practically came into the house with a chip on his shoulder. He didn’t like Cory and Jenny’s casual friendship back when he was at home and he is surely not going to like seeing it in his face. To him, Cory used Jenny. That was the only box he could put their relationship in. The other guys in the house calmed him down on that front although he did later on talk to Cory on his own. He wanted to clear the air and fortunately no one escalated the situation…then!

The two guys aren’t going to be buddy buddy anytime soon and at the same time they don’t want to be at each other’s throats. Neither of them wants drama but they didn’t add Jenny into the equation. Within a day Cory hooked up with his ex, Lauren.  The two of them have known each for years as in since junior high school and they easily fell back into their old patterns. Jenny found out about them by seeing the two of them in the shower together.

There was no prior warning for her. Jenny said it was alright and assumed they were going to uncomplicated the situation with their exes. So she decided to focus on Brian and learned very quickly that she wasn’t going to be the focus of his whole trip. Brian wants to play the scene and why shouldn’t he when she’s already done it?

He wants to hook up with other girls and she told him no. He wasn’t going to embarrass her on national TV. If he does hook up with someone else then she promised him she’d get him kicked out of the house. And Jenny wasn’t joking. She got the other girls to side with her when or if he chose to step out on her.

Brian knows she’s manipulative and loves her despite that. It’s possible he have already guessed all on his own that she was telling him what he wanted to hear when she mentioned Cory to him. Cory went from being her best friend one second to a shallow guy she could never have a connection with in the next.

Hailey is pretty good at these games too. Jamie was onto to her from the get go but Thomas just can’t see how much Hailey wants him back. She’s little miss innocent to him. Yet she has all these old photos from when they were together and only decided to make a collage once arriving at the house. No one pointed out hoe Hailey could have done her arts and craft project at home.

Still Hailey doesn’t like to be this unsure of Thomas’s feelings like Jamie is. Both women want him to make a choice and stick with it. He can’t go from kissing Jamie when everyone is at the club and then sit on Hailey’s bed and begin feeding her cheese the next day. It’s not fair to anyone.

Jamie has been second guessing her weight since meeting the skinnier Hailey while Hailey is wondering how Thomas could go from her (wholesome) to someone like Jamie (tattoos and enlarged piercings). They aren’t alike and one of them was bound to push Thomas for a reaction. This time it was Jamie. She tried to introduce Hailey to some available guys the gang met at the park. Hailey was fine with it but predictably Thomas wasn’t. He doesn’t like seeing or imagining her with another guy.

The plan ended up backfiring on Jamie. Thomas realized that he doesn’t want to be in a relationship. If he wasn’t in one then he could talk to Hailey without getting Jamie upset. Now how is he supposed to say that Jamie without hurting her?

 THE END!
